The shop is split up. The toilets as you go into the foyer. Then the full price stuff. Then the bargains at the back. Metal stud button replacements are free, but they don t have a plastic stud replacement machine on site.

Staff are great but Shop is Not as laid out as it could be. Having queued to get in (not a problem) you needed to queue again to get to discount area, we gave up. Shop could be arranged to avoid that.

it's a large store but signage is not good in the retail shop so the boundary between mens and womens clothing is unclear and is frustrating. The reduced area is good, but a bit like a jumble sale - the items are mixed up and often not on the right hanger so you think you have a size 12 and it turns out to be an 8 or an 18 when you look at the label. This place could provide a much better customer experience if it got itself sorted properly.

I used to come often back in the day. It has gone downhill since then. The staff fluctuate between being fantastic and being an utter disgrace. It is probably a sign of the times that they feel the need to have security staff on the door too. I've worn Barbour gear for over 50 years and went to treat myself to a new jacket. I'm so sad that I left empty handed.

The selection here is fantastic. While the in season stuff is great, the real jewel of this shop is the huge sale section at the back. There's dozens of coats to choose from, some of them half price and there's new options all the time.

Rewax is meant to take 14 days which is noticed when you order.
Phoned up, their systems were down so couldn't check my order after it being 20 days, now they tell me it will take 5 weeks to wax one jacket! Terrible service for the money

Latest Barbour products at the front and Aladdin's cave at the back. There are lots of excellent bargains lurking around with the added excitement of sometimes having to go digging for them. Friendly staff, nice open layout, spacious fitting rooms.

Quite a large factory outlet shop. There is free parking, toilets are also available. Dog friendly. Please be aware that half of the shop sells latest range at standard RRP, the other half sales discounted products.

Love this place. Worth the couple of hundred mile return journey.
Not as many big lad sizes as there used to be though, and would love some 11's in the shoe section for a change. Size 7-8 only :(
