This is a Medicare Supplement (or Medigap) policy to supplement original Medicare. No Medicare Plus or Medicare Advantage is available where I live. I have never had to call and ask about a claim or had a claim denied. Settlement is usually timely and I always receive EOB's and monthly or quarterly statements. The price keeps increasing, but the service and coverage has been good.
This is for a friend being ripped off by this ins company ....they try to draft your money out before set date and without notification..... threaten to cancel ins if you don't come up with double the premium cost.
She called to cancel her Ins...they tell her she needs to write a letter canceling her Ins..legit companies don't operate like that!! Legit companies have cancellation forms you don't write letters!!
Empathetic. Intelligent. Didn t rush me off phone. Listened attentively to my needs and cane up with variable solutions - none that financially benefited him. When I say 100% genuinely kind and willing to help. He delivered. I am very appreciative that he went over so many Medicare holes and benefits on his own time. Super attentive guy. Rare find.
We have been policy holders with Bankers Fidelity for more than 2 years have been very satisfied with the service. The customer service has been excellent as has been the claims service. The website is user friendly and has been handy for us to review and retrieve information. We highly recommend Bankers Fidelity!

I would like to say "Thank You" to Tamar who worked so diligently in assisting me numerous occasions regarding bills that had been paid by Bankers Fidelity regarding a particular DME company that was constantly calling and or billing me for bills that had already been by Medicare & Bankers Fidelity.

Bankers Fidelity has given us great service and quick service. We had an issue with paying a bill from a Dr. office. The Dr office started billing us for a bill that had been paid by Bankers. We called Bankers and they said it was paid, called Dr office and explained. Next month the same thing, that is when Bankers called the Dr office and got it all taken care of. I call that great service., Thanks Bankers Fidelity
Only complaint is the EOB format. You can't really tell what the service was. They are very non specific and really worthless. Otherwise very happy with the policy.
