Exceptional service and has great concerts and other events

Employee's, staff and law enforcement were extremely rude and unprofessional

Ive always had good experiences at Bancorp South center when attending concerts and the kids enjoy going ice skating to.

Disney on Ice was awesome!
Love how quick and easy it was to find out seats!

I've been here on several occasions. Today, my son and I visited to watch Disney on Ice. It was fantastic and a must see if you have children. Any staff we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. They offer many great events and concerts in the North MS area.

Great clean Place! WWE Wrestling was there last night!

Nice place to have an event, but their concession stand prices are outrate!!! Extremely high for what you get besides that the event was good.

Great venue, really wished there was hockey in this town.

Seeing POTUS was an event I'll treasure for life, Best POTUS ever.

People who work here are racist and careless. They take shortcuts to complete jobs. I have seen them con people out of their money. Don't do business with these thugs.

Nice facility. sound wasn't top notch. seats are cramped like sardines in a can.

Was there for my sons high school graduation. Was a great ceremony. Plenty of sight views to see the graduates from the time they walked in to the end. And it wasn't hot as hades in there like some high school gyms I've been in. Been to many concerts here and always find my seat easily. Restrooms are always clean.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden. It's nice and next door to arena.

Great arena to watch rodeo at. Prices were reasonable.

Extremely nice small venue where we attended a Styx concert. We enjoyed it so much, we are now checking their schedule for other shows.

Its wonderful. It allows public ice skating. You can do and watch many things here. If you need or want to that that special parson/family out on a good advantage this is a wonderful place to go.

Everyone was nice, helpful and respectful. The restrooms were clean and stocked. It's sad we need security for family events these days but they were respectful and did a good job.

Been to many events here. Big time price gouging. $6 for a small dang funnel cake

Went to see Winterjam. Great time praising the Lord. The acoustics in the arena just aren't that great. Loud to the point of distortion. Been to many events there other than concerts and enjoyed them as well. It's just everytime hearing a concert there it just seems as the sound quality is poor.

Excellent venue, amazing security, friendly staff and clean restrooms.

My wife reserved tickets when they first came available for the Harlem Globe Trotters for a special occasion our 46 anniversary and my 67 birthday. She told them we wanted good seats as close to the court and center court. We payed $55.00 dollars apiece for the tickets. She was told they would be 2nd row center court. When we arrived there the tickets were at the end of the court. I spoke to the lady in charge of ticket sales and she said the would take care of it. They moved us to row 5 center court not to our liking. The people in row 4 only paid $42.00 for there tickets. The worst thing thing about it was the 2 seats at center court remained open for the whole game. Will not be going to the BancorpSouth Arena any time soon. Our special time was ruined. Thank you for your poor service

Love it. Sound is really good here. Need more rock bands.

We went to Disney on Ice here. It was a great show. The arena is a very nice place. Very clean and well maintained. We were able to park close and get in and out with no problem. We have never felt unsafe walking to and from our vehicle to the building. Everything is well lit. Traffic was not a problem. There was plenty of parking all around the building.

Great venue, brings Big Stars to Mississippi. This time, Alice Cooper!

Went to Price is Right. Lots of fun seeing it live. Just wish I would of got called. Hopefully Price is Right Returns, I would go again!

Mooreville High School had a wonderful graduation day there. It was nice of y'all to allow them to use your place.
