I went today Tuesday September 3 to request the opening of a savings account for my son. The executive informed me that both parents should do it. As much as I told him that I hadn't read that information, he gave me a stub and I had to leave. When reviewing the information on the Bank's website, it clearly states that each parent can individually make the opening. Bad information, bad attention. Please train your executives more, the executive gave me false information. Or what is in your portal is wrong.
