The economics and finance course for teachers very good. Too bad the poor attention at the entrance by the official and the police.

As a tourist in UY I can honestly say the banking system in this country is the worst I've ever encountered. I can not take money out of any ATMs because for some reason, they don't have money or accept cars from the largest banks in the USA.
Wells Fargo, Navy Federal, and E-Trade all use the international visa standard and I can't get cash. Vietnam had ATMs all over and I had no issues. Sorry UY, but from what I hear you need to spend some money and lock up your criminals instead of reducing the amount of currency your ATMs hold. A tourist doesn't want to have to travel with thousands in cash because you can't police the banking systems. It's completely inexcusable. I've been to give banks today and can't only withdraw $300.
Excellent attention. I went to buy coins and they gave me a book about issues of Uruguayan banknotes.
It is our Institution that regulates banking activity in Uruguay. It manages the national currency and also regulates the exchange rate of foreign currency.
The Central Bank building is not very notable for its architecture and the space on the diagonal of its front is wasted. It has a numismatic museum that can be visited and is interesting.
