Miserable service and respect 0 towards customers. Take advantage that many people have an account with you and they have to do operations but you will not care about the customers, you will beat them! Huge queues whenever you go, counters with employees, but who do not take clients to have another job, bored and scarce employees who speak rationally and superior to their clients. And it did not happen just once, if it was so I would not have given 1 star from the first (sin I can not give 0 stars!). The last time was an arrogant and stupid grown up named Viktor Janos Varga. Shame on you! Make them training and teach them how to behave and how to talk to the clients, that if they would not have income!

On what criteria will you choose employees? Who is more indifferent, indolent and naughty with clients is hired on the spot? This bank unit is a gameplay game against customers. You have some lazy and indifferent employees at the clients' needs, moving at the speed of the snail, creating tails and long waiting times. Not to mention the mistakes we make and which no one responds to, the bad customer about money, nerves and time has to fix them. Of the 5 counters most of the times work 3, between 2 clients the employee talks with colleagues, hits, goes back, stays and counts the papers, does not matter that there are huge queues, good minutes pass until the next client takes over. It's really crazy and totally insensitive to this branch !!! And I see many reviews that signal this. Will not it really care? Do not even try to improve anything? Deplorable!!

A new look, extremely bad services. Sin of rebranding ...

Recently I applied for a shopping card at the unit in Iulius, and after approx. 7 days I receive an SMS that can be picked up from the requested office.

Everything good so far. Returned, I request the voucher, approx. 5 people before me, seeing that the waiting time is high, I decided to see my work and return in 30 minutes. Come back, the same people who still stand in line.

I left, returned the next day, hoping that last day was an exception. But unfortunately for my time, the same scenario.

I said that the weekend could not be the same, returned on Sunday. Dreamingly, no one stands in line. I request the waiting receipt, I am quickly received by an employee, who announces that the shopping cards are only issued from Monday to Friday.

Bad communication, I should have received in SMS the days / hours when I can pick up the product. Plus, it doesn't seem normal for someone who applied for a card to wait for clients who apply for 30-year loans.

In 2 different days I tried to deposit cash in my own account at no less than 4 atm from various locations. All were BT express plus. One of the locations is this. I didn't succeed in any of them. Either the transaction fails, or they have an error on the screen, or they have the screen locked on certain menus. I moved from ING to BT in the hope that I would find better services but I made a colossal mistake. The agencies I went to were closed on weekends, so the ATM was the only possibility. Very disappointing.
