A new look, extremely bad services. Sin of rebranding ...
Recently I applied for a shopping card at the unit in Iulius, and after approx. 7 days I receive an SMS that can be picked up from the requested office.
Everything good so far. Returned, I request the voucher, approx. 5 people before me, seeing that the waiting time is high, I decided to see my work and return in 30 minutes. Come back, the same people who still stand in line.
I left, returned the next day, hoping that last day was an exception. But unfortunately for my time, the same scenario.
I said that the weekend could not be the same, returned on Sunday. Dreamingly, no one stands in line. I request the waiting receipt, I am quickly received by an employee, who announces that the shopping cards are only issued from Monday to Friday.
Bad communication, I should have received in SMS the days / hours when I can pick up the product. Plus, it doesn't seem normal for someone who applied for a card to wait for clients who apply for 30-year loans.
