My experience with Ballarat urology Dr Lydia was fantastic however communication between the office and doctors could be a lot better and when I asked if I could pay off the last test I was to have done I don’t believe reception consultant with dr Lydia as all of a sudden I was put on a list for public patients at Ballarat base hospital now no test obviously I cannot do this after proving myself that I would pay after tests already had
And then my doctor informed me that Ballarat Urology do not except public patients anymore as of January the 1st that explains a lot so if you cannot afford private health for whatever reason it seems to be you go on a public waiting list regardless of how much pain your in not nice Ballarat Utology Thanks very much
