Management is not helpful, did not address any issues that I had, allows their staff to be rude to guest , after I called corporate management completely avoided me. Rooms were not as clean as they could be. I would not recommend staying here. The final day there was a drug overdose with another guest. All around this place is horrible!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Building is a bit old but they've taken steps to keep it modern-feeling. Room was clean and bright.
The staff was friendly and practiced social distancing. The pool was open and the view from the balcony was stunning. The room was large with a fully mobile desk and an erganomical desk chair. Wifi was included as well and the bed was very comfortable. There was a flat screen TV with about 20 to 30 channels including HBO and options to login to Netflix and HBO GO. I recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting Charlotte.
2 night stay from 8/23-8/25. Top floor (3rd) King room. My room and stay were just as I expected, and from this mid tier chain this is was a good thing. Polite, helpful, engaging front staff. Clean room, bedding and presentation. Sizeable room for a reasonable price. Only negative was the location within the complex. I found it difficult to get into and out of the parking lot easily.
I left my watch here and when I call to get it I was told it wasnt there. Dont leave anything here an expect to get it back.

For a mid tier hotel, this location has far surpassed its exterior view. The front desk staff was welcoming. So much so that I was given a personal escort to my room because the key card was broken. In the morning the bistro breakfast was delicious (get the breakfast burrito) and while eating the front desk staff inquired if I had received my room key card. The services and amenities provided with a smile could not be matched. The hotel is clean, updated and reasonably priced. The staff makes you feel like it is a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend.
