I've been with Bal Seal Engineering for over 10 years and you don't stay with a company for that long unless you enjoy what you do. The work is rewarding, knowing that you are directly helping to improve or extend an individual's quality of life. I've experienced personal and professional growth within the company and have always found management to be available to assist me not only with work, but when matters have arisen in my personal life I found the support needed to address my concerns while staying on track in my career. The work is challenging and not for everyone, but for those who grow through it can find a happy and healthy lifestyle at Bal Seal.

They had a meeting with me to ask why everyone was leaving this place. Unfortunately, soon afterwards I had a family emergency and had to leave to take care of my mom in California. I recently inquired about coming back but they did not want to take me back. I liked working here but unfortunately that just shows they don't care one bit about me and probably most of their employees either. No wonder they lose workers left and right.

I've had many great experiences coming into Bal Seal to include opportunity and growth. Management has always been available to talk to directly and work with in various matters when life happens. I feel the company overall is very reactive to concerns brought to their attention.

Leadership needs to step up and actually do work instead of being double standard and hypocritical. Basically you are just a pawn or a number that they do not actually value. Do not recommend, you will become stressed and drained at the end of everyday. For those brave souls that choose to work here... Good luck........

the fake reviews from current employees that were compensated to make them should be a red flag. don t work here.

My experience with Bal Seal Engineering has been a very positive one thus far. I've gotten the opportunity to grow within the company and have found great mentors that help you excel within your role as well as teaching new things to help you grow professionally. I've seen firsthand on its dedication to continuous improvement with multiple projects to continually improve processes and lifestyle of its employees.

This job was horrible felt like a sweat shop to be honest. "Numbers do not matter, but quality does." Complete BS. The work environment was impressive at first but became extremely toxic. Problems and gossip nonstop and always one sided. "Better than average pay" false there have been people working there for 10-15 plus years and still make minimum wage slaving themselves just to get by. Sure the benefits and facility was nice but that is all there is to it. What a joke. Through the pandemic management did not even do enough research for our furloughs that many haven't been able to receive any pay because furlough days were too spread out for us to even request anything.

Everyone has their own experiences and insights, so take that into consideration. No workplace is perfect, and Bal Seal has its own challenges. Some of that is the culture which management is indeed working to change, but good change is slow and gradual as opposed to sudden and jarring. In my seven years of employment, I was fortunate enough to work closely with and for management and executive management and received massive support to advance, grow, and affect change. Working at this company is not for everyone, but if you can find your place here, communicate openly, honestly, and effectively, you too might find it s not as bad as you were led to believe.

I have enjoyed my time at Bal Seal and I think because our people make the difference. I enjoy watching teams come together to ensure cusomer's shipments go out on time and making the needs of our customers a priority. I love watching employees come together to help those in the community during the holidays. Bal Seal has challenges just like any other employer, but we do our best to hear those challenges and improve where we can.
