I recently visited this clinic and unfortunately, my experience was just average. The website advertised a wide range of services and a knowledgeable team, but I found the staff to be less than impressive. The receptionist seemed disinterested and unorganized, and the wait time was longer than anticipated. Additionally, the doctor's bedside manner left much to be desired. Although they were professional, they lacked warmth and empathy. On a positive note, the clinic was clean and well-maintained, and the online appointment booking system was convenient. However, given my overall experience, I don't think I will be returning to this clinic in the future. There are certainly other options that provide a more exceptional level of care and customer service.
