My mac had a broken key and the shell was damaged too. Upon recommendation i took my laptop to Bagnetti. They were very professional it was repaired and cleaned over 2 working days. Excellent Apple retailer!
I wrote an email to order an unavailable product, after the first two emails I have not received any response or order confirmation. I went to the store myself. After more than two weeks no contact from them .. Incompetent staff and poor service, I do not recommend it.

I had my macbook pro repaired and it didn't start anymore, the diagnosis was free, they changed the hard drive, increased the memory and put all the data back. They were very fast and the final price was right (190 ).
I wanted to like this store. They might be great for other things but I wouldn't recommend them for Apple-related repairs. The team is very nice and they have a ton of appointment openings for Apple Service & Repairs. With that said, I wouldn't take my computer there again. They charge 99 EUR to run a diagnostic on your computer and don't ask for your permission before doing so. For comparison, the Apple Store does this for free. They confirmed there was absolutely no water damage anywhere except for the screen but when I got my computer back the keyboard was off (some keys were very stiff and others where strangely loose) and the trackpad was sticking. This was not the case when I brought my computer to the store. The staff here are so wonderfully nice, but it was disappointing to pay 99 EUR to have them look at my computer and then have it returned to me in worse condition than when I left it at the shop. Again, they are very nice and the store itself is beautiful. If you are going for an Apple product repair though, I recommend going elsewhere.

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and a great price. I took my Macbook Pro (mid 2014) to which the battery was swollen. It was not easy to be able to contact the technicians but then I received information on the intervention and a quote. I made an appointment and brought my mac the same day. In 24 hours they replaced the battery with a non-apple one (apple no longer produces it), cleaned the entire interior and replaced the processor thermal paste at my request. When I arrived, the technician wanted to show me the inside of the machine before closing it again to show me the cleanliness and general correctness of the intervention. That's not all, the original price of the battery replacement was 190 , in the end the price of the battery was lower than the price determined at the time of the quote. I ended up paying 160 having the cleaning (internal & external) and thermal paste replacement for free when I had already agreed to pay 190 . A much appreciated gesture of honesty and fairness. Before writing this review I waited a few days to test the machine and make sure it was okay. Great service, I found my reference for Apple products out of warranty;)
