Knowing that I can trust my footwear to provide comfort and warmth in cold temperatures and big snow falls allows me to fully enjoy the incredible beauty of winter! Winter Hikes, Winter Camping, Winter Fires.. not possible without my Baffins. Love! Love my Baffin winter boots.

Bad customer service. You just can't do this in 2020. The online retail industry is so competitive. You need to be better. Took 3 calls and a follow up to address an issue with the wrong pair of shoes sent to me. Not only that, they did not try to fix the issue.

I was first introduced to Baffin's product line approximately 10 years ago, and have been extremely happy with the quality, durability, and support from this company. I have pushed their safety boots in challenging outdoor construction site conditions for years. Through Canadian winters, rain, mud, clay, you name it... they've always held up & then some. Winter apparel & base-layers do not only help get through the winter months, but they do so comfortably. I have, and continue to recommend Baffin to family, friends, and colleagues alike.

Excellent boots, awful customer service. I ordered a pair of Expo boots on the 15th December, direct from their web-site. It's now the 2nd Jan. I've finally (which is fair enough, it's been Christmas and NY) got through to their customer support line. Turns out the order was cancelled on the 16th December. No email was sent. I have been logging in regularly to my account on their site, and the order says and still says 'processing'. On the phone, it was explained to me there was no stock for the size 11 in that colour. Their web-site however sells and still sells all sizes in that colour, and it's been more than two weeks since I ordered. It was also explained to me a valid phone number is required for an order to be processed, or it will be cancelled. I do not keep a mobile phone number (privacy concerns) and move too often to have a landline. There is no indication on the page that a valid number is mandatory for order processing. I explained that the site still says 'processing' for the order status, and that the boots are still offered for sale on their site. From the response, I profoundly doubt that either issue will be fixed; and given they've been in business for a while, you'd think they would already have a mechanism not to offer items which are out of stock... just as you'd expect the order status for an order to be updated if the order is cancelled. What's going on? Finally, it is impossible to contact Baffin through their web-site, as the 'contact us' page is broken. I forgot to mention this on the phone with them just now, and frankly after this I no longer have to heart to do so. I have one or two other pairs of their boots - they are excellent - but after and with such poor service, how can I buy from them? (Indeed, the unusual requirement for a valid phone number means I *cannot* buy from them - or rather, I will need to use an old number, no longer in service but which is valid, rather than the obviously fake 111222333. Or do they phone every number to check its validity? what madness is this?)

Super bugged by the way they do things I placed an order for a pair of boots on their website and never got an email saying my order was being shipped or out for shipping. I contacted customer service and they told me it has been picked up but don t have anything from purolator regarding tracking as it s not In their system... something just seems not right and makes me feel uneasy about my order...

Easily now my favorite winter boot company. Big and bulky? Sure... but light and comfortable? Absolutely! I am wearing them at work 9.5 hrs a day and they re awesome, and holding up. I ve taken them on 3 snow hikes this winter and my feet are happy in them. I suspect I wouldn t be as happy on a long hard surface hike like along the Erie Canal, but on snow they re king. Haven t tried with snow shoes yet...

Fantastic well made boot! On my third pair of Baffin boots. I absolutely love them! My first pair was the Chaos model and I use them regularly on job sites working in the construction industry. I ve had no issues and after years and years of use it s still a well put together boot. I also must applaud the customer service team. I needed to return a pair I ordered online (I got the size wrong) and the process was seamless. They picked up my call and walked me through the process and in days I had my new boots.

When I put my sandals and golf shoes away for the winter, its time to pull out my Baffin boots. I must have got my first pair about 13 years ago which I still have and are still in great shape. The trusty White horse safety boot. These bad boys kept me warm on some very long days in the harsh winter while working on rooftops. I will warn that wearing the white horse indoors can get a pretty good sweat going so I normally change into my Monster safety boots when work takes me inside. I prefer the 8 but also available in 6 and these boots are built tough while providing great support and comfort if you re working on your feet all day. When I get home and its time to walk the dog through the snow and slush, tag in the rubber boot Icebears, mine are a safety boot as I do use them at work as well, but they also come without the steal toe. I did not know it was possible to make a rubber boot so comfortable, not only that but I am guilty of wearing these bare foot while going for long walks/hikes with the dog in very low temperatures. Feet are sweating when I get home. Once I have finished this routine it might be time to go out for a nice dinner with the wife or a casual drink with friends. Time to pull out the very stylish, comfortable and warm Smiths. Don t be fooled, these are great hiking boots as well but they look so nice I keep mine for more casual outings as I have the other boots mentioned for my outdoor activities. As you can tell, I have a pair of Baffin boots to suit my needs at work, home and social life keeping my feet happy and warm all winter. Strongly recommend 5+ STARS!
