Hidden gem for retail buyer within a commercial dealership. Was searching for Ford Mach e and their dealership showed up as having one! Talked to Rob Meyer, finance manager next morning. Had a deal in place few minutes later without any attempt to markup the car as other dealers are doing (imo unethical behavior). Even though they are closed on weekends (commercial dealer mainly), one of the owners and Rob accommodated my request to finish the deal Saturday morning. No nonsense process with no hidden fees or forced additional "dealer installed" products! In fact, saved me a little more money by honoring X-plan pricing. If I buy another Ford/Chevrolet, I am skipping the retail dealers and coming straight here! I've bought many cars, and this has been the best "retail dealership" experience I have ever had (before was at Land Rover Waukesha). If you're in the market for Ford/Chevrolet SUVs, just come here. You will not regret it!

This was quite possibly the best car buying experience I have had. From first contact to the end, the process has been easy and stress free. I drove 4 and a half hours to trade in our truck for another, and I found everything to be as described. They worked with me to make it possible for my wife and family to not have to make the trip. When I got there, the entire process took about an hour before I was back on the road with our new truck. Derek and Rob were great to work with, and I would gladly drive the 4.5 hours to buy a car from them again.

Wonderful and affordable service! We wanted a wheel alignment and tire rotation on our camper and it was completed in about 4H, which was the suggested time. We were able to wait in the lobby and there is quality WiFi - which is ideal!

The prices were very reasonable and I honestly expected much more, but this is a very honest establishment and I m so impressed with the result. Thank you!

I have spent my entire life in Ford dealerships(courtesy of my Ford obsessed dad. He bought a Range Rover HSE just because Ford owned the company at that time. That Range Rover sits in my garage now with 27000 miles on it ). I ve only own a Ford in my 38 years.

I say that to say this, being in this location s parts department today was the MOST uncomfortable I ve been in a Ford Dealership, EVER! I will make sure my family, friends and clients stay away from this location!

I have been dealing with Badger Truck Service for some time now and I am always treated fairly. In fact, the service department will go out of their way to assist their customers. While I know that not all repairs can be fixed the first time around, it happens, I have always had my vehicle repaired correctly on the first visit.

I recently reigned from my position in service at Badger Ford due to the disfunction and negativity of the work enironment and the poor performance of the parts department in their "efforts" to support shop operations. The HR manager saw fit to not pay out my last months commission stating a fickle company policy disqualifies me. After almost 3 years of service, it is disappointing to be shown that loyalty on my end meant nothing. I recommend steering clear of this location, for employment and customer purposes.

I contacted the dealer about a used truck for sale on line. I asked for text or email only and they followed that. I am out of state but they had exactly what I was looking for. I asked for a day to think about the purchase, I recieved a text next day asking my thoughts. I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I was dealing with Derek Franco the entire time and he was fantastic. Answered all my questions and sent docs when requested. Once my rep flew in and Derek picked him up from the airport, the truck was all he said it was. Much appreciated!!! Great experience
