Lord they are something else ... never ever again... they are not honest

You buy furniture from them and they will leave all the garage in your apartment,not a good place to shop,o I wish the ratings start from zero

I always buy my furniture from this store, great quality and cheap price compared to the other stores prices. friendly customer service too.

WORST WORST WORST WORST! These people are terrible we ordered a closet from them, waited 1 month to receive it, she already payed for the assembling and when the closet finally arrived they called and said they cannot assemble. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BOUGHT A BED THAT I HAD ON LAY AWAY PAID IT OFF TOOK THEM TWO MONTHS TO DELIVER MY DAMN BED TO MAKE MATTERS WORST I WOULD HAVE TO KEEP CALLING FOR UPDATES AND HERE'S THE WORSE PART MY BED WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED !!!!!!! BEYOND PISSED!!!!

Please do not be fooled, Betty furniture sells only used furniture of very poor quality.

Went in and purchased a living room set on Sunday was told by the Sales woman that delivery would be on Wednesday or Thursday. I was told that she would give me a follow up call on Monday and she never called , I called location phone went to voicemail. Finally on Wednesday I spoke with a man over the phone and he assured me deliver would be the following day and I would receive a call from driver 2 hours prior to drop off.Today Thursday 4/19 my driver called to say he would be arriving in 45 minutes (did not call 2hours before as mentioned). My father rushed over to my apartment and called driver when he arrived. They then told him they would be there in 1hour as they had to make another delivery. After the hour passed my dad called driver again and was told it would be another hour which turned into a total of 3 hours of waiting for delivery.Finally they showed up delivered furniture and left all of their packaging in the lobby of the building, which I had to hear about from my super.

I will never purchase anything from this store again. They have zero idea of what good service is.

Save yourself the headache and purchase items elsewhere. Not worth it at all.

Dont buy here ,we bought two wardrobe for $500. Each and drawers are sticking out and not closing. We asked them to come fix it but they never did .. go to Bob's or ikea instead..

I bought my bedroom set and dining room table. Pricing is pretty decent.

Terrible Customer Service! Not only is there no way to contact the store, they DO NOT deliver when they say they will! I will be making a further complaint !

BETTY FURNITURE THEY HAVE IT ALL AND GREAT QUALITY FURNITURE .... THE OWNER IS A GENTLEMAN AND HE WILL GIVE YOU A GREAT DEAL WHEN YOU GO SHOPPING TO BETTY FURNITURE...

This place is absolutely the WORST I had scheduled a delivery for a certain day they claim to have attempted delivery but there was someone home and they wanted to charge me an extra $25 to redeliver it and I said no and now they are saying No refund at all.

The manager is always unavailable. The customer service is terrible. Please do yourself a favor if you are looking to purchase any furniture do not bother spending your hard earned dollars at this business. Your purchase would not be appreciated.
