One of my favorite places to grab lunch thanks to the speedy service, and awesome place for happy hour specials! Regular menu has a nice variety and is of a consistently good quality. During warmer months definitely try to take advantage of their outdoor seating area, it's on the side of the building rather than facing 372 making it a nice place to enjoy the weather.

Wonder service for our group of 10. Our server, Robyn, was excellent. Happy holidays!!

The food was alright. The cannoli was inedible. The prices were kind of high. There was no bread available at all. I'd probably skip this place and find a better Italian place in the area.

Time and time again the food is excellent. I actually got to meet the Chef, Mark (spelling?). What treat. Absolutely makes sense why the place is as good as it is. Wonderful conversation about food this restaurant in general.

Very nice atmosphere. We attended a birthday party in the the back hall. The arrangements were well done. The food as well was very good. Will be going back again with my wife.

They do need to be served with bread though.
The fettuccine carbonara lacked flavor and wasn't all that great. Some parmesan cheese or salt and pepper would have helped but neither were offered or readily available.
However the creme brule was AWESOME
Overall not bad but for 75$ ( 2 drinks and tip)

My new wife and I got married in the Rose Garden. Erin, who we exclusively worked with, made the booking, planning, and decorating stress free. We were able to transform the room to have a lovely rustic fall vibe in 40 minutes. We had a buffet style lunch for 50 adults and 5 children, the food was delicious. They went above and beyond to make an entire gluten free meal for one guest, which I thought was amazing. They cut and served our cake/cupcakes. It was also nice that the room had surround sound for music and a microphone for speeches. The staff was also very friendly and helpful at managing our time.

My experience at this resteraunt was great. The service was very fast and very kind. The food was perfect. Very tasty and not too expensive. I would recommend this resteraunt to anybody who is looking for a good meal with GREAT service.

Wait Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and their bread is fantastic. Prices are reasonable and we won't hesitate to go back.

I took a business associate for food and drinks after an appointment to Baci Grill to show her my appreciation for her services. The food was good. We ate and had drinks at the bar and our bill was over $100 and we gave a $30 tip to the bar-tender. Then the client I was with ordred a 4th drink, which we were served. Both of us felt it was 'weak' at best, and questioned the bar-tender (Shannon) and she said she didn't feel comfortable giving us another drink. (??) which, by the way, we were being charged for! We complained and ask for the manager, whom she said was not available. When she walked away my client stated she noticed Shannon had given more attention to a couple and the male customers, which she had observered while we were there ( we were both female). Once again we comfronted the bar-tender, and she retorted she just felt we were in conversation and didn't want to interrupt and that is why she showed more attention to the others.
While I support the bar-tender's right to assess the situation ( Right or Wrong) and determine that we should NOT be served another alcoholic beverage in an appropriate amount of time (her call), however, why were we then being charged for the drinks??? And why were the drinks only taken off the biill when we complained? She offered to return our tip when we comforted her on the FACT that she showed more attention to the male and couple clientelle, but it was too little too late, (KEEP IT) and my intention, AS A WOMAN, is NOT to frequent this establishiment. Thank you very much!!
And Shannon, be ASHAMED that you "think" that you 'loyalty' or 'bread' is buttered by MEN!! Think again!!!!!!!

Totally standard "Italian" American fare. Service is as nice as it needs to be and and not very attentive. Like- asking for more water, condiments. Everything is just basic.

The service was awesome, food was great, along with the home made salad dressing s!

I've been to Baci Grill many times, and the food and service is always excellent. We began dinner by splitting 2 Waldorf salads amongst the 4 of us. The portions were generous, and the salads were fresh. I even took some home, because I really wanted my dinner. For entrees, three of us got the seafood cannelloni special. Our waitress assured is there was plenty of seafood which included scallops and lobster in there pasta with 2 jumbo shrimp on top. We all agreed it was excellent. The fourth diner in our group got a steak dish. He must have loved it, because he ate the entire thing! We then split desserts - chocolate decadence and carrot cake. All were delicious!

Not a bad place to have a good meal, the food was good and wholesome, salad could have been a little bigger and fresher, the main dish was good, I had the bistro filet, it was exactly the way I wanted it cooked. I recommend this place. Lol

Had A party there and the wait staff kept their distance but would swoop in when needed. Their food is very cook, and was kept warm the whole time

Uneven service and food. Nanni's chicken is described as a roasted half chicken, but it had no bones, no thigh, no leg. It was more like half cut up pieces of chicken dredged in something and smothered in sauce. Utterly disappointing because it was so far off from what I was expecting. Also the Caesar salad had tomatoes (? why?) And tons of olives. Yuck. The salmon with tomato rissoto was decent, and the calamari was great.

Comfy restaurant and bar with great food and cocktails. Awesome happy hour! Maive the bartender is the best!

Took my family for Easter brunch. It was utter chaos. Many open tables but we were kept waiting for a very long time after our reservations.
The manager was exceedingly rude to us and other customers. She was even more disrespectful to the staff.
Terribly overpriced. Food left a lot to be desired.

Best food and Happy Hour in the Cromwell/Middletown area. The staff is great and friendly, what else can I say?!?!?!?!

These other people are crazy, i loved the French Dip panini i ordered, and the fries were perfect, and its not expensive at all, 3/4 of the menu is under $10, so these other people should go to McDonalds for the dollar menu for a better price. Theres outdoor seating n our waiter was great. Definitely recommend Baci Grill!!

Seafood was way overcooked in the seafood canneloni's.

I had the Seafood Ciopinno. The sauce wasn't as spicy as I like. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. Price was pretty cheap. Bartender/waitress was a little thick (not with it).
