Greedy company. They overcharge ridiculously and from every angle. Your photoshoot is free but ONE print will cost you about $60 all costs included. They always end up costing way more than the already inflated price they claim because they have lots of added costs like packaging, shipping and handling all being charged separately at high costs. This is honestly just taking advantage of your unassuming customers.

It wasn't stressful; it was a fun session and our son was smiling and laughing. Korena noticed when our son was uncomfortable in a position and she immediately adjusted the shot for him. We purchased every single photo she took - she's that good. We had our photos the morning after the shoot. Highly recommend!!

I scheduled an appointment for a photographer to come to my house for a one month photo shoot. I was told someone was supposed to give me a call to go over what type of pictures/ theme we were going for. No one ever called.
The photographer did not bring a back drop and did not use a ring light.
All of the pictures have dark shadows and the background to every single picture are my wood floors which do not match any of the props/ outfits used in the pictures. You can also see the shadow of my couch in the background of most of the pictures.
Speaking of props since no one called to discuss the details of the photo shoot I ended up with the same prop that was used in the hospital for my newborn pictures (a basket that my child did not fit in.) The props were very limited, very worn and did not look good on camera. I would have supplied my own if I knew what to expect, which brings me back to the fact that no one called me to discuss the shoot.
Since I didn t have time to book another shoot with a different company I decided to buy the horribly done photos to have a memory of my child s one month.
The online purchase process was appalling. I went for the digital download package and when I was trying to choose my photos the photo options were so small I couldn t even see what I was choosing. Some of the photos I did chose weren t even showing up during the check out process so I had to pick what ever one inch thumbnail their website felt like showing me. After going over the minuscule photos during check out 100 times to make sure they were the right ones I decided to place my order. AND I STILL ENDED UP WITH WRONG PHOTOS.
Horrible experience all around, I wouldn t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We have been with Baby Face for newborn shots in the hospital, 3 month photoshoot and just finished up his 6 month shots today. Every photographer has been awesome and really knew how to engage baby during each stage. They indulged my themes and got all the shots I asked for and alot more!! The whole experience was stress-free on our baby (and us)!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!
Loved them. The pictures came out perfect online. Couldn't even tell my newborn was fessing in between shots. The young lady that we worked with at the hospital was very professional, organized, and passionate. She was so gentle and creative. I have not yet ordered so I can not give a full description but I will update once I do so. I do feel they are a little on the expensive side especially in the times we are in. So I feel town because you want these memories forever right.... I also feel the packages are a little limited and didn't offer exactly what I was looking for but they do have many options to pick from.
This is our second time using this company. We had newborn photos done in the hospital that were stunning and just recently had our daughter's first birthday photoshoot at home with Kristina. She was amazing! She was so engaged with our daughter and got so many wonderful shots. She was fun and personable and made the whole shoot very comfortable! I reached out to her 2 months prior to the shoot just to touch base and talk about my vision. She was excited and got right on board! She told me to send pics of my things that I was wanting to use for props and she sent me back some things that she had that she thought would work and they did! She kept in contact with me right up to the day, making sure I had everything prepared for my perfect vision. The whole thing was amazing. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Kristina!!!!
Best place to get pictures done. My husband and I aren't big photo takers. We felt very comfortable and were put at ease. Before paying for a package Candance and Carol thoroughly explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have pictures taken.
They took our baby's photos at the hospital. Tgey dud any absolutely wonderful job!
I was struggling to figure out how to do my web deposit to order pictures and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and very knowledgeable and even did it for me when I still couldn't figure it out. Thank you so much. Photos ordered. Then a refund was received on my card because I got a discount for ordering more than one page that was a pleasant surprise.
Damien is an amazing photographer! Highly recommended! He was very patient with our new born baby boy. He took his time and gave us a huge variety of different poses to choose from. His great work made it hard for us to choose which photos we wanted so we bought all of them, lol. Thank you Damien!!
