Been there yesterday! Cashier was serving other people over the phone while I was waiting and they questioned me like FBI though I was sending remittance to back home. I didn't feel like WELCOMED.

Worst customer service ever. trying to solve an issue with my online account for over a year and none of them have been able to fix it yet.

Very disappointing with the services today. I wanted my online account to be verified. Called them three times of which twice they promised me to activate my account. Third was rejection on the call for strange reason.

They have always have better rates than anyone i have ever known and yes i send money regularly online which gives me more better rates then store and much quicker and simpler thank you
