Dead handy for Birmingham Snowshill and Birmingham Children's Hospital. Get registered and you don't even have to pay on the way out, it just charges your card and emails you a receipt.

Parking made easy. Membership is free, sign up is easy, parking price is good for the city, and it's clean and safe and always staffed.

This piece is amazing. I registered online and so I didn t have to pay to leave the car park. Got a cat receipt in my email by time I got home. I contacted office to see if there was time limit and was told no limit. I parked for 48 hours More

Good parking facility, well lit and signposted and easy to use.

They make you jump through hoops to park, inadequate signage when entering that doesn't make it clear that it's not a normal car park but requires you to sign up to a service... and wants far too many personal and private details... Under no circumstances install any app as it's nothing more than an invasion of privacy and tracks you.

Safe and good value place to leave your car. I'd highly recommend this for anyone parking in the city centre, especially around the CBD. It's a lot cheaper than the NCP next door and more secure.

12.50 for 3 hours of parking... Absolutely absurdly overpriced. Annoying layout generally awful

Very clean & modern if you register online it uses number recognition so you don't need to bother with tickets & paying manually, price is charged to registered card. Can also prebook spaces.

Parked car here and signs up all over saying join for free and get half price off parking charges. Great idea, however took ages to set up and figure out how to pay and use the system inside the parking complex. Eventually did it but really unclear

Useful carpark lots of spaces at present paystation works well.

Pros,
- Cheaper than others, with a discount just for registering with their mailing system!
- Close to the city centre, roughly 7 minutes walk
- Nice and secure too

Cons,
-Other then being a little hard to find if you go off the street signs there's nothing really to complain about.

I'll be honest I was critical of all the praise it got, but it's actually really nice. It's clean, cheaper than most and has plenty of access to the city. Highly recommended!

Used to highly rate this car park and used regularly for work. However had a really poor customer service experience when I queried being charged extra as it took half an hour to leave the car park due to queued traffic. I would understand if I was five minutes before the next pricing time but had returned with over 20mins before next price increase. Sadly the response I got was that cars queueing was outside of their control - it is also outside of my control!!! Perhaps I am in the wrong but I expected a more helpful response.

This is probably the cleanest, most secure, manned car park in Birmingham City and is reasonably priced!

Definitely the best car park ever. If you register beforehand, you can come and go and it takes the money from you registered card already!

I'm really impressed with this car park. It's absolutely immaculate and is is easy to use. No need for a ticket, just need to pay with your registration when you leave. The other car parks around the area are extortionately expensive but B4 have managed to keep it cheap whilst maintaining top quality.

Very handy and modern car parking facilities. I had trouble with the payment machine taking cash but accepted a credit card payment.

I know it's outrageously expensive to park here on a daily basis without a season ticket but if you want safety, convenience, cleanliness, a valet service etc. then this car park is a good option over the other not so clean looking places.

The season ticket for the year is a much better value for commuters - when the free NHS Street parking ends for us hospital workers, I might have to sign up.

1 hour bus ride vs a 20 minute car journey.... Let's hope Birmingham City Council don't introduce commuting fees in cars to the city, otherwise our hospital will be empty of staff and this lovely car park will be empty.

I'm very particular about where I park my car and this car park was great. Well lit and good sized spaces. The facility to reserve a space was good to see! Registered for an account so got a cheaper rate and just drove in and out with no fuss- no need to get a ticket or use a payment machine as I'd registered my details

Can be cheaper to be a non member and pay by foot rather than by anpr on exit
Manager on phone was very abrupt and doesn't let youeyou what you are trying to explain rather just trying to interrupt you to get you off the phone

Good sized car park, clean, bright. Cheaper than on-street parking with 10% off for registered customers, plus special deals at Christmas.

Strange to rave about a car park but this one is that good!

Hassle free arrival with the ANPR system recognising your vehicle and allowing instant access to the car park. Carpark is clean, large spaces and even heated! As easy as it was to get in, it's equally as easy to leave, with the ANPR system once again, allowing swift departure without the faff of tickets and just a charge to your account.

Easy walking distance to the centre of Bham so will definitely stop again!

Really good. Nice and warm when it was snowing outside. Easy parking and payment system. Friendly staff, very clean. A few minutes away from the children's hospital and ten minutes away from the bullring shopping center. If you join for free with there online or in the information desk, you can get a discount for your parking. Its the only place I will ever park when I go into b-ham.

I was in the lobby area because I went to see the Bear art around the city. It was modern and spotless!

This is the nicest car park I ve ever parked in. It is clean, very well lit and clearly marked out.

My only reservations are that it is more expensive than other car parks in Birmingham city centre (eg Q-Park in Brindley Place) and that while having automatic number plate recognition at the gate to open the barrier at both entrance and exit without needing to take a ticket is convenient, it also means that not only could I drive my car out - but so could anyone else...

The car park is heated (it s underground), but the downside is that on a cold wet day, your car steams up on the outside as soon as you enter. Cars with manual front windows (it might be a classic car at these prices) might need to think about this...

Great rates for members, clean, well lit, wide spaces and a drive in - drive out automatic numberplate recognition system all add up to make this the best car park I have ever used. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

If Carlsberg did carparks... MASSIVE SPACES. Always loads of room on the lower levels. You just drive in/out and it takes payment automatically. WHY DOESN'T THIS HAPPEN EVERYWHERE?! This should be the new standard for carparks. Meticulously clean, friendly staff. Feels safe, and it's only a 3-4 minute walk into the city centre.

Best looking carpark, slightly overpriced if you only stop for short stays

If you are visiting a business nearby this is a no brainer. You can reserve a space for a minimal fee in advance meaning no panicking looking for parking before a meeting. Super clean, secure facilities, free WiFi if you are early for your appointment - all for a fee not much different to any other central city carparks. Also paying is automatic if you register online and they email you an invoice for expenses. You just drive in and out. Car parking done smarter. Excellent!
