Beautiful bew parking, wide spaces, nice and clean, cheap on weekends

Nicest place to park in Birmingham. Clean, light, decent size spaces and ok prices.

This is one of the best car parks we've been to. Light and clean and if you subscribe you get discount on the charges.

Overpriced but a nice clean car park with good lighting. Felt happy leaving my car here. Starting at 4 pounds unless you spend time signing up as a member. Firstly the saving is less than a pound on that first hour when you sign up, second life is short and I only parked here as I was late and had no choice to find another, thirdly, I am not becoming a member of a car park... It's a car park not a golf club and who has the time? Especially for a saving of 80p.

First class bright and modern car park within few mins walk of city centre. Easy to get away onto the motorway network (A38 and M6), unlike Selfridges and others around the Chinatown - Hippodrome - Markets area. Did see a few people curse at the pay machine but it worked ok for me.

Excellent secure and clean city centre car park. Prices cheap at weekend.

Convenient but expensive... No discount included for patrons of the Christmas Market which was sign posted.

Good car park for ladies well lit big lanes and spaces

I was out with friends and Darren recognised me as I'm a regular user of the car park. He was so drunk and under the influence of drugs and then on top asks me if I do drugs. Found this very inappropriate. He kept repeating to me that he was the supervisor. Please could you have words with your staff not to treat customers this way.

Use this car park and you will never use an NCP ever again. First class.

The best parking of them all. Modern and unique. No tickets required its all automated, works with registration plates. Now till the end of the year it has special promotion for Saturdays and Sundays its only 1 pound per day and free if you have membership. I totally recommend that parking of you have work to do at city centre.

It was there when I was panicking trying to park for children's hospital. Lovely bright clean and not a total rip off like some others near by. And free membership gets reduction on parking. Being able to pay online also helps as I never have change. Helpful staff.

I love this car park. It close to town and the children's hospital. It great to go shopping and not worry about the car. Not to bad prices. Half price at the weekends is a great incentive to go shopping in town. Its got plenty of disabled places and they do a valet service. It's lovely and clean and pleasant to use. Keep it going and thank you.

It's clean, secure, easy to find and extremely expensive. Use it, it's good, but I'm not sure it's good value...

1st of all wheel chair lift never worked since December 2018
2nd it is expensive always charging extra even 1sec over

They should charge me 2.80 but they charged 5.20 because trip was 14sec over reason for that was there was a car stuck on the way out but its still my fault so i hve to pay for it lol

Clean, modern & bright. But that cannot make up for the dire & flawed system of reserved spaces. When you reserve a space, you are texted the number of the space. You pay extra for this. Unfortunately, you are likely to find that someone else has taken your space, which means, you ve paid for nothing! B4 s response? Park in another bay So why pay to reserve in the first place? Flawed & chaotic reserved booking. No thanks!

Edit: B4 have now rectified the Reservations issue by marking reserved spaces with small LED screens clearly displaying the appropriate car reg.

Great car park. Used for the weekend whilst checked into the premier hotel. Recieved a voucher from the hotel for 50% off plus if you sign up (its free) you get a further reduction.

Had to park hear as an emergency. Disabled spaces are really tight. And it's really expensive

Best place to park in Birmingham. Would be 5 stars if payment machines worked all the time(1 is usually broken)

Not disabled friendly. Limited disabled spaces and the disabled spaces available werent any bigger than normal spaces. Wasnt room to assemble mobility scooter next to car had to use pedestrian crossing.

For a car park it's outstanding..really clean, has toilets, the spaces for your car are generous, so no dents in your door. Short distance to walk to Bull Ring. Prices are dam good as well. Oh and you can reserve a space as well. Spot on.

A brilliant place to park your car slap bang in the centre of the Birmingham. It is expensive but its easy, convenient and fast. No messing around and no tickets.

Decent parking spaces and cheaper weekend rates when you sign up as a member. Just a slightly longer walk into town hence the 4 stars. But I'd definitely park there again.

RIP off car park. They advertise on their block for Birmingham children's hospital. However then say it's not their sign
