We had a nice visit. The hotel is nice and situated right on the beach. Just be aware of the resort and parking fees. We had some drinks from the beach bar and a couple at the pool bar (8 total) and had a $320 bill when we checked out. Friday - Sunday The room was paid for as part of a vacation package.
Not worth the money! If you re looking for real a resort, stay elsewhere. This place is a motel/3 star hotel AT BEST. After looking at a few places, my bf and I decided to book here because it was slightly cheaper than the Hilton resort, and the Hotels.com pics looked nice so we figured why not. What a mistake! We booked a standard room for $280 (including resort fee), which was 2x the price of a regular hotel room at the time but we thought we were paying more for the resort experience. The standard room was in a separate motel building across the street and it looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was dirty, dark, and smelled weird. When we went to the desk there was another couple complaining about the same exact issue, and the front desk clerks told us both that this is what you get for a standard room and any room we switched to would be the same. We couldn t cancel so we ended up paying an extra $40 a night to upgrade to the other building from the pics. The upgraded room was still nowhere near a resort standard. The shower was moldy, there was a gross stain on the wall, and the sink took 10 minutes to drain. The worst part was that there was NOTHING covered by the resort fee other than beach chairs. That s literally it. For the extra $150 a night we spent, we could ve bought everything we needed. The two stars are for the staff and location, but there are a ton of hotels and Airbnb s nearby that are less expensive or can deliver on the resort experience that you re paying for. Skip this place.
Awesome resort. Rooms are comfortable and have great views (on the ocean side). Little bit older but definitely comfortable.
Resort style, so many extras you pay for. 2 bars and a restaurant on site! Chargeable to your room though.
Beach access is amazing but if you want chairs or an umbrella or even a mini-cabana, it is expensive! Bar out there too and pool side!
Overall it was worth the stay and good quality for the money!

I absolutely loved our stay here. The room was clean. Due to some issues we got upgraded to a suite. The staff was very friendly. The beach area was great. The pool was also very enjoyable.
$45/night in valet parking fees was ridiculous. Get ready to pay additional incidental fees on top of what you already paid when booking the hotel.
Great location right on the beach with both city and ocean view. Good food and drinks. High class. I do recommend it.

I spent over $500 on a standard room. As soon as I open the door it reeked of marijuana and the refrigerator was wide open with a towel inside because it was leaking. I then went to the phone to call the front desk to let them know and the phone was not working.
They then gave me a different room that was absolutely filthy. It looks like it was not even cleaned. They did give me back the money I spent on resort fees but they would not reimburse me for the horrible experience I had.
It is nothing like the pictures. Everything is outdated. And I spent less money at the Hilton down the block and it was beautiful and immaculate!
Amazing place to stay. The resort I would give a A+ the only thing is I thought buying a suite at a resort there would be more services included with our stay. Nice private balcony, The crew was very helpful
Very very dirty. Rooms are scuffed, stained, and broken furniture. I would not stay here for the price. You do not get the exact room you book if someone checks in before you and requests that specific room they give it to them instead; even though you booked in advance. Poor service and just a very dirty property. I would not recommend if you are used to staying at classy establishments or expect good service.
Absolutely loved our stay here! Overall hotel is beautiful?l, rooms are the rooms nice, pool and views are breathtaking! Food and drinks by the pool is amazing.. love the fish tacos and crab cake sandwich! Everyone working is so friendly, helpful and fun! Alejandro was the best!!!! Thanks B Resort for a great vacation! We will def be coming back!!
The weather was near perfect. Our room had no lock on bathroom door and no door at all for shower. Was definitely unimpressed with that.
The second floor pool has only 2 tiny spots for shade. For the prices yall charge and each and every tiny resort fee you assess, you could definitely put out more umbrellas for your guests.
The prices at the first floor pool for 2 bottles waters was $10. So, DEFINITELY try to by a case of water for you stay.
So, my rookie mistake was not bringing my yeti, for either water or drinks, as the drinks were RIDICULOUSLY expensive. Even for a resort.
The Breakfast the hotel in the lobby restaurant were quite good.
The staff at beach, we found to be the nicest.
The beach had so much seaweed that you really couldn't swim comfortably.
