Great hole in the wall joint. If I lived in Royse City, I would eat here often.

After walking the trails at Lake Tawakoni State Park, my wife and I were craving a good burger and fries...and that is exactly what we got. The sign is not the easiest to see from the road, so you have to be really looking for it. Not much parking up front, but there is more on the right side and in the back (you can enter the restaurant from the back too). The place is clean and gives the vibe of an old school diner. Wait staff was efficient, friendly, and provided good service. We both ordered cheeseburgers with fries and onion rings. Our food came out quick and overall we had a really good meal. While I would not say that any one item was just a real standout, the entire meal really hit the spot and we both were completely satisfied. We both agreed if we lived in the area, it would definitely be a joint we would visit often. When we are back in the area, we will eat here again.

Love the service and the Burgers are our favorites, however everything we've tried is perfectly seasoned, and filling. They also have pies, or you can choose sweet potato fries if you don't want curly or regular fries. Very homey feel.

First visit to a nice diner in Royce City. Waitress was a bit eager but nice. We are both on the Keto diet and they served us what we ordered. I didn t like being charged extra for cheese since I didn t order onions, gravy or bread. That s a small nickel and dime to your customers. Restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. Food was served warm and fresh, and had good flavor. We will return and order again, but will inquire about extra charges. Good small town family restaurant!
