I can't speak highly enough of Rich Jackel with B-Dry. We recently had a new driveway poured which has caused flooding in our basement. Rich was super helpful, didn't try to "sell" us on an expensive system we didn't need. He gave us an honest assessment of our situation and offered some things we should try BEFORE investing thousands of dollars in sump pumps and french drains. I can tell you, if the problem persists, B-Dry is the first call I will make!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with B-Dry. By the time I contacted them, I had done my homework, and gotten several estimates from reputable companies in the Nashville area. What stood out immediately, was the friendliness, and knowledge of the project manager sent to estimate my repair. Tim evaluated my home, explained everything that was needed, and provided information on B-Dry systems and processes. He never spoke negatively of other waterproofing companies, never came across as a salesmen, and gave me a genuine assessment of my situation, and needs. Tim did not try to sell me unneeded services and/or items, like the other companies, and I was impressed with the warranty provided. When he left, I knew this was the company for me.

Upon confirmation of my decision, Tim scheduled my repair, and assured me that he would be onsite to supervise the work. I had to contact him several times with questions, between the confirmation and scheduled appointment. Each time he was friendly and responsive. He proved to be a man of his word regarding every aspect of my repair, which took 6 days.

Our B-Dry crew consisted of Tim, Daniel, Cedric and Luke. These guys were friendly, respectful, and hard working. They made sure my belongings were protected with plastic. At the end of each day, they put all of their stuff neatly to the side, and cleaned up any messes, taking pains to ensure the safety and well being of my family. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, and they took time to explain anything that I questioned, making sure the repairs were to my satisfaction. These guys never balked at working on Saturday, when the job had to be extended due to an unforeseen issue. They showed up early, with great attitudes, and took their time to make sure the job was done right. Wish more companies exhibited the kind of work ethic, I saw on display during my repair.

Our experience was a positive one from beginning to end. The system is working beautifully, and we have great peace of mind knowing our basement is protected, and warrantied by B-Dry against flooding.

We had water and foundation issues at our home. We went with BDry and were very impressed. They stabilized our foundation, waterproofed the crawl space, and extended our downspouts underground away from the house. They scheduled our work about 6 weeks from the initial inspection/estimate so they would be able to dedicate a full crew for a week. The crew was very professional, showed up when they said they would and got the job done on time. The cost was slightly higher than one other estimate we had, but the warranties for this work were better.

I also appreciated that the person who gave us the estimate was very straightforward and didn't have the upsell/salesman vibe that you get with some companies.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and specifically Jermey and his team! He was so professional and courteous. He was patient and answered all questions and you can tell he has a great sense of pride in the work he and his team do. The work was flawless. They were a pleasers to have in our home, they kept everything as clean as possible, were always on time, and were very respectful of our home. I wish every home improvement and contracting company functioned like Bdry. A plus!

B-Dry installed a sump pump in the basement of my house in 1990, and it worked like a charm for 27 years. When it finally entered "Sump Pump Valhalla" I decided not only to have B-Dry install a replacement, but also a battery-backup sump pump (just in case). Very happy with them. I've also had them install basement waterproofing in the basements of both sides of a duplex I own. Still dry since 2012 there!

This company has great customer service. Danny and Richard were very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. When a problem occurred, B-Dry fixed it immediately and throughly. We had a dehumidifier and a vapor barrier installed along with the vents being completely sealed. The installation crew was very polite and hard working. This is one of the companies I can say does a great job.

Bought a home about 8-9 years ago. About 3 years after purchase had some moisture issues. Contacted the people that I purchased from and they gave me B-Dry's number. I called on a whim and they said it had a lifetime warranty that does transfer to the new buyer. In less than three days they were there and had resolved my issue. Now buying home not far from the first and will have them do the necessary inspection and repairs there as well. Highly recommended.

Difficult to get in touch with anyone; called in to get an estimate and was pinballed through their automated system for quite a while.

They did a terrific job from start to finish. The work was done exactly as specified, and took 3 days. Our basement had major seepage issues beforehand and it has been bone dry ever since. The crew were extremely competent and friendly. An excellent company that does great work.

I got several quotes and suggestions from other companies but they were all pushing their most expensive products (typical salesman). B-Dry came in and said all the work other companies quoted wasn't necessary. A year later and my moisture problem is gone and my crawl space is still nice and clean.
