As a planner, I love that Aztec can be a "one-stop-shop" for all my clients rental needs. Whether we just need some chargers to elevate a head table or a full-scale private property build out, their team has the goods to make the day beautiful.
I've been doing business with this company for over a decade, both as a manager for another company and now as a business owner. All you need to know is that you can't go wrong with these folks. There is not anyone close to them when it comes to tents or as a one-stop-shop for all things events. What they tackle that impresses me the most is all of the deliveries around town that they handle with such ease. Not only are they impressive logistically, even the guys in the field, who are often tasked with difficult, custom delivery needs in the heat.....are amazing!!!!!! They are always so kind and appreciative of the snacks and drinks we try to give them. They also never try to rush you even though some of these events are ending in the early morning. From sales to delivery to pick up, this is a trained group of event industry professionals.
I've had the pleasure of working with this company a few times. All their sales people have been very good. They have been always accommodating and helpful. I've been able to book very last minute and they could get it done. The prices are on par or better than anyone else I can find. Give them a try and let them show you how great they are.
Aztec has so many options on table linens & I was able to find three that we used for cocktail tables, the head table, and guests tables. In addition, we rented two fans for the outside cocktail hour, a stage for the band, console table, a little stand for our unity candle at the altar, lounge seating for outside (most people sat for cocktail hour and many people went outside during the reception to hangout) and extra cocktail tables. They truly have everything and more. Marissa is great to work with! You can t go wrong with choosing Aztec!

I can't say enough great things about Aztec Events, and the help I received working with Yolanda Castellanos there. I was lucky to have found Aztec online when looking for china, stemware, and linen rentals for my daughter's wedding. I had already been to two locations for rentals and been disappointed in the selection and quality of products offered. When I saw the china, stemware, and linens offered online by Aztec which were at comparable or better prices, I was excited but skeptical until I went to their showroom and saw the actual quality of their products in person -- it was a great surprise to see their very nice selection of heavier linen fabrics, and much nicer china, stemware, and flatware options from other places I had seen. And I was even more impressed with everything that arrived at the venue, how neat, clean, and well organized everything was, and their delivery was on time. Yolanda has been a treasure. I ended up making a number of adjustments to my order over time and she was always so helpful, and kept an accurate account of everything. She spent generous amounts of time helping me with my selections and providing guidance. I highly recommend Aztec Events, and would also refer you to Yolanda Castellanos to help you for placing your order!!!
Aztec has been my go to for events for 8+ years. Elise is so professional and goes out of her way for our clients. Always sharing new product and design ideas. Truly an amazing company!! Highly recommend.
Aztec provided some absolutely beautiful chairs for my wedding! They were all in great condition, and the delivery and set up went flawlessly. I would absolutely book them again in the future!
