Superb atmosphere and good customer service delivery

The structure is just superb. It is a state of the art building that houses the offices of some very big brands like Oracle Software Nigeria, BP Global, Anderson Tax, etc.

High tech, high end building. Smart and digital security check in. No smoking is allowed on any area of the Heritage Place. It's strictly prohibited. However, this place houses a lot of multinational companies with offices in Nigeria. You will need to be assigned an access card to access any of the 13 floors. And there's a cool restaurant on the ground floor

Went to the restaurant on the ground floor for a bit of grilled chicken and moimoi.

Alot is unique about this building, try to assess the interior part of the building

The building was well thought out. It's clean, well managed and have ample parking for staff and guests. There is also a cafeteria on the ground floor that is open to all.

Arguably the most intelligent building in the state of Lagos, this smart building has state of the art design. Everything is digitally controlled and uses latest high tech support system. It is also strategically located in Ikoyi, just some buildings away from Southern Sun Hotel. It's home to various businesses including Pfizer.

Really cool building.
Building staff are very professional and helpful.

Really neat and large bathrooms too.

You need access cards to us the elevators and doors so make sure you get one at the reception before going up or you might get stuck.

Exquisite office space with state-of-the-art facility

A state of the art building. It has an entrance for physically challenged persons and a restroom for them too. Has 24/7 power supply, enough elevators to Service the building, good security, functioning health and safety measures and a host of other things.

Absolutely top notch!. Curated upscale working space. Down to the security, everything was professional! Absolutely loved it!

A Functional Commercial Building with state of the art facilities

Arguably the Heritage place is the most intelligent and beautifully built building in the state of Lagos, this smart building has state of the art design. Everything is digitally controlled and uses latest high tech support system.

It is also strategically located in Ikoyi, just some buildings away from Southern Sun Hotels and Golden gate. It's home to various businesses including Oracle, Pfizer, Verod Capital Management.

The Heritage place has beautiful green areas and rocks surrounding the building. The parking slot can also take large numbers of cars as you can park inside and also outside the building. visitors majorly park outside.

As a visitor, you will need to come prepared as the security checks here are very strict. You will have to go pass two security checks were you will be asked to provide different informations which includes filling an electronic form about yourself and the company you work for. You will also have to sign electronically on the computer and thereafter poss for a data capture where you will have to submit and I.D Card after you ve taken the picture. Then you can then proceed to the office you want to visit.

Heritage place is on 21 Lord Lugard Avenue, Ikoyi, Lagos State, Nigeria. It is an office complex where some organisations operate. It is about 10 floors.

The building has in one of their tenants, BBC NIGERIA services. Also some other organisations are. based here. It is such a clean environment both inside and outside. This is the reason I gave them FOUR STAR.

My experience here some months ago was a great feeling as their front desk staff are very professional in their conduct. Right from the gate .

They have a designated car park for their staff and visitors.

Very beautiful and well planned structure. The visitor check-in system is best in class and has some level of initiative going into it. The building has dedicated car park for visitors and the entrance is properly manned by security officials. Visitors should not bother to attempt parking in the building proper but should use the dedicated car park opposite the building.

Top notch facility architectural design, world class safety protocol and equipments. With high class security.

Well structured environment housing s lord of multi nationals

This building is one of the tallest and beautify on kings way road. It host lots of Big firm, Oracle, Mastercard,etc...the lifts are comfy and fast. The lights in the building is motion sensitive, it dims when there is no activity and brightens when it detects motion.

Accessible to and from the main road, The Heritage Place is home to the finest offices I have been to in Lagos.

Each unit is carefully thought out and attention to detail is obvious there.

It was also my first facility where I get to use swipe cards for elevators and access.

Several companies are found on this building. BP OIL, PFIZER PHARMACEUTICAL, ZTE, ORACLE, HERITAGE ENERGY, BBC, HP INCORPORATION, ACTIS, DOW CHEMICALS, VISA, WIIM, ETC. Beautiful building with enough parking space.

Absolutely beautiful work of architecture. One of the most well designed and built buildings in Lagos. Well thought out space management and interior is excellently executed.

Visionscape have it's Head Quarters here at Alfred Rewane Road, Ikoyi. The edifice is really amazing.

Fantastic office space up to international standard. All offices resident here are maintained up to the general standard of the building. Visiting the place is quite strict, you need an appointment before visiting as they actually call the guest and you also drop a means of identification in exchange for the visitors pass.
