Horrible experience with buying items online. They charged me for an item that I found out later during another return inquiry that it was sold out. I ve been trying to get my money back and a return slip for my other item and it has taken over a week and still no help! They got back to me via email after a day or two but they re not at all helpful, they haven t answered any of my questions with regards to the sold out item, and they still haven t emailed me my return slip. I m on my way now into the store just to get my money back. What a pain.
By the way, both phone numbers listed have been disconnected.
Updated review: went to the store At 11 and the hours were actually 1-6 daily. So big fail again.
Elizabeth (who I think handles online purchases) was able to process my return of the rings that were sold out. She also let me know that they were able to fulfill my order if I was still interested, but I really didn t want to risk having another item to return. She processed my refund and it was completed a few days after.
I never received my return slip for my necklace, but after Elizabeth told me it was a $10 delivery slip, I went back to the store to return in person. Because of Covid times, they were not able to process the return on the spot, so I had to trust them with the item and wait for someone to get back to me. After two days of not hearing anything from them I followed up with Elizabeth and she processed my return. This was a lot of trouble for a return, I m sure they re doing the best they can but I don t recommend online purchases for anyone who needs clear and constant communication because it s definitely a challenge for them at the moment.
As for shopping in store, they have closed off their beauty section and have sand sanitizers available. I would shop in person again but not online at this time.
