Azaleia USA Review

Horrible experience with buying items online. They charged me for an item that I found out later during another return inquiry that it was sold out. I ve been trying to get my money back and a return slip for my other item and it has taken over a week and still no help! They got back to me via email after a day or two but they re not at all helpful, they haven t answered any of my questions with regards to the sold out item, and they still haven t emailed me my return slip. I m on my way now into the store just to get my money back. What a pain.

By the way, both phone numbers listed have been disconnected.

Updated review: went to the store At 11 and the hours were actually 1-6 daily. So big fail again.
Elizabeth (who I think handles online purchases) was able to process my return of the rings that were sold out. She also let me know that they were able to fulfill my order if I was still interested, but I really didn t want to risk having another item to return. She processed my refund and it was completed a few days after.

I never received my return slip for my necklace, but after Elizabeth told me it was a $10 delivery slip, I went back to the store to return in person. Because of Covid times, they were not able to process the return on the spot, so I had to trust them with the item and wait for someone to get back to me. After two days of not hearing anything from them I followed up with Elizabeth and she processed my return. This was a lot of trouble for a return, I m sure they re doing the best they can but I don t recommend online purchases for anyone who needs clear and constant communication because it s definitely a challenge for them at the moment.

As for shopping in store, they have closed off their beauty section and have sand sanitizers available. I would shop in person again but not online at this time.

This place is awesome! It has the best shirts, tops, caps, and shoes to choose from, and I'm glad that I've been able to purchase one for the celebration tomorrow. I look very nice at this outfit and kudos to this boutique's employees who were able to recommend this outfit for me to wear. A million thanks, guys!

Excellent service! The selection of gowns was amazing, and their customer care was astounding. I'm so glad that I had Sophia do my alterations. The ladies who work here know how to convince you to buy something; be warned. I ended up spending $200 on a coat that I wasn't even looking for because they told me it was the last one in stock, period. I love my coat, but man this place has pricey women's clothing. My friend told me the guys' stuff is cheaper but I'm doubtful of that.

Everything here has great style though, and I love to stop in here to browse regularly.

I placed an order online 23 days ago. I haven t heard anything since. I emailed after 17 days and followed up a few days later. I have had no replies. I am concerned about the integrity of my order and I see other reviews with similar poor experiences. Not sure how much longer I can afford to wait.

7/31 Frustrating and maddening - Catherine keeps saying she processed the return but I have not received it or gotten an official confirmation that it was processed though I have asked a couple times. It s so sad reading thru the reviews to hear of similar experiences. If I don t get resolution soon, I will be looking at seven on their side or some other avenue...

7/21 No Catherine- I have received nothing. You replied by email quickly but did not send the label and it s been almost an hour. I bought the item to treat myself after teaching online for several months. I worked hard for that money and it didn t fit. I still want to get something
for myself and you still have not followed
thru. I feel like crying . It s a simple business request that you as an owner should be able to execute quickly. You say you sent it and I know you have my contact info and it s nowhere
in my inbox or spam.

7/21 Update: The owner did reply to me but NEVER sent the label like she promised . Three days later and no label. I want to support small businesses but this is truly ridiculous . AVOID. I bought an expensive item and I am really getting upset at the lack of professionalism here . This shouldn t be this hard. It s a simple return using their process and request thru their system .

I requested a return a week ago- a day after I received the item and no response from
emails and phone is always busy. I always read the return policy before I buy in case something
doesn t fit but they haven t responded at all. The return service said a shipping label would
be sent but I have received nothing and can t get thru to talk to anyone.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. This store FRAUDED me by sending a ring that was not one by the brand I had purchased (which was 14k gold and diamonds). It wasn't even gold or real diamonds, which is what I paid for. PLEASE BE AWARE, the owner Catherine was completely unresponsive to the situation and clearly did not know how to deal with it, terrible terrible customer service. She has definitely lost me as a customer, and I am sharing this because I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. This was a ring I gifted my mother for her birthday and noticed right away that it wasn't the original as I have that exact same ring from the original designers. Please take a look at the photo I've attached; the ring with the smaller diamond area is the original and the other is the fake they got made and frauded me with. This store is a complete FRAUD, please be careful.

And now the owner below won't accept that she sent me a fake ring. Trust me, dealing with her and her "customer service" has been THE WORST. Do not shop here!

I needed some upgrades to my wardrobe for a wedding and Heminder did not disappoint! I was looking for lenghas and cropped blouses. Not only was I able to score some designer / unique blouses, she was also able to throw in blouse tailorings and two separate fittings for the tops.

This place has all the brands I like (nudie jeans, naked and famous, obey, and lots more). Everything in here is well curated and you could probably buy any combination of stuff here and still look great. The staff is friendly and helpful, without being in your face or pushy. The one criticism I'd have is that it's hard to figure out who works there versus who's a customer.

ONLINE STORE BEWARE.... Ordered a pair of Raff Simmon shoes... horrible customer service. This company does not pay duties and total fees amounted to $117 extra when delivered.

Lots to find here for men and women. Of you want clothes that are a step up from the Macy's, target, and even Nordstrom scene, try Azalea. The prices are adorable, relatively, and they have some great clothes from so many hard to find designers. I particularly like the patterned men's shirts. The one downside I've experienced is lack of sizes. Much of the clothes are from the ends of the size range, not the middle.

Their leather goods are a good price, too.

Placed order 7 days ago, since then no updates. Tried to call them but they provide support via phone, chat support doesn't work and they don't reply to emails! Please do not buy on the website!

I don t know how s your experience of going to the actual store. But, I purchased two shirts from Azlea s online store. One of the shirts receivrd was apparently different than the one I ordered. So, I sent my order details including the picture of the shirt I ordered in comparison to the shirt I received. The customer service simply told me that I ordered a indigo shirt and I received a indigo shirt, but when you look at the pictures they are so obviously different from each other! Are you kidding me? I can t recommed this store to anyone with this level of service.

I purchased a bag online at a very good price and paid no tax or shipping. It was shipped timely manner and in excellent condition. Would definitely shop the site again.

It was a week ago when I visit this boutique in the downtown area. I got fascinated by the lovely collections of the clothes that they had. I like how trendy their clothes are. It is really my style of clothing. The button style dress that I bought from this shop gave me a stunning look. I will surely visit your shop again!

My go-to shop for casual, stylish men's clothing. I always manage to find something here that I like, and invariably walk out with a couple new shirts even if the only reason I was there in the first place was that my wife dragged me along on her shopping trip. It's not the cheapest place around, but it's not outrageous, and the service is friendly and helpful.

This cute little boutique is located right across from Chez Maman West in Hayes Valley, which means you can sign yourself up on waiting list for the restaurant (because I assure you, there will be a long one) and then shop while you wait. You cant get more productive than that. And trust me, there is enough at the store to last you a 3 hour wait time, if needed...lord help you though if you're willing to wait 3 hours for food.

They have a wide selection from trendy to urban hipster-ish clothes. The staff is also incredibly friendly. They not only helped my friend find the right size, the right wash, and the right style, but they also helped us pick a good restaurant in the area (we weren't willing to wait the 3 hours).

Oh, and during the holiday season, if you bring a toy to add to their donation, they give you a discount. DO IT!

It is a boutique in San Francisco, so expect to hand over most if not all your paycheck. But they have some really cool and unique clothes. I like to come here once in awhile to raid their two clearance racks. You'll find some great deals.

Return policy and refunds not done in timeframe as stated on the website. Responses from customer service give no information and might as well be automated. Asked for specifics (date) of when return was initiated as email says my return was received over 7 days ago.

My daughter is a theatre designer university student and bought large men s sweater for a play. She needs to be aware of budget for her costumes.We are both very familiar with online shopping and aware of extra costs when buying from Canada so are careful with purchasing products . The website said free shipping when she entered Canadian address. After ordering she got an email informing her it was $20 extra - she called to cancel but woman was rude, condescending and stated already shipped. Today I got an email from UPS for $45 for import fees( as she occasionally uses my account and repays me once she is reimbursed) so $50 sweater now $115 and she will need to absorb the cost. Most reputable businesses with online shopping show all extra costs at check out.
She had found the sweater locally but by the time she got her producer to approve it it was sold. She was excited that she found another online but could have look for a similar one for reasonable cost here. I have never given a negative review before even when I ve received substandard products but the fact she tried to cancel is not acceptable.

Extremely rude service, with a terrible return policy.

I was refused an exchange for store credit on an unworn item because of creases caused by how it was originally bagged. The store manager, Faith, handled the return with the assumption it was fraudulent and looked for any excuse not to take the item back, including a "missing" tag that fell off a button and into the bag.

Azalea's website says returns take 5 business days to process - however, it has been 9 business days since I received an email confirmation from them of having received my return, and no refund has been processed on my account. I attempted to contact their customer service line within their advertised their business hours (12 pm on a Monday), but no one picked up ---seems like the desk is unmanned. I've contacted customer services by email now hoping for a response, but regardless, it's incredibly dishonest to advertise a return policy they do not adhere to.

I would suggest all online shoppers to steer clear of this retailer

The store seemed not very cohesive, and the clothes mostly were not worth the price, but they have really cute accessories and jewelry.

Dress as described very pretty and it follows the sizing chart provided from the online shop! It really fits me beautifully. I really like the texture of the fabric that they used. It was very soft and lightweight. And the service also is so awesome. Thank you for making it possible on time. I will definitely recommend your shop to everyone!

Your standard fashion boutique carrying a wide range of luxury and popular designer brands from across the globe. The staff is friendly and seem to have some good fashion sense about them ;) On the whole it seems the women's section is a bit larger than the men's. I knew about the onlk e store long before I realized they actually had a physical retail, let all e that they were here in SF! Definitely stop by, this is a go to on any shopping list while in SF.

The store feels like an overpriced Urban Outfitters - Azalea's racks are overstuffed with a carelessly selected assortment of clothing. Novelty seems to trump quality and the store environment is generic.

If you're looking for high quality men's clothing and are willing to spend a bit, nearby competitors like Acrimony, Steven Alan, and Maas and Stacks are all better choices. Their selection of brands and individual pieces is much more considered and their store environments nicer.

They sell here creams, oils, vapes, skincare, and makeups. Their staff was great! She was so helpful in so many ways. They had a wide selection of products to choose from. The last I was here was last weekend. I walked into the store looking for a perfect gift for my best friend. A highly recommendable place!

I placed an order online 12 days ago. I hadn t heard anything so 4 days ago I emailed asking if this business is still operational or if I can get an update on my order. Nothing. I ll be reporting this charge as fraud to my bank so I can have the charge reversed.

I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE! The WORST customer service experience EVER!!!! You would think this boutique would be better at running their business since their customers are spending lot of money. I am very disappointed as a first time buyer. I will NEVER be purchasing from here again. I ordered three things from this boutique, and only two of the three products I ordered came in. I assumed that the last product would come in, since I received no word from these earrings actually being OUT OF STOCK, and the status of the shipment was still pending. Almost a month had passed when I decided to email them regarding this situation. They apologized for the inconvenience offering me a 20% discount code (which I never received). I looked back through my debit card transactions to see if they refunded me the money for the earrings and noticed that they actually CHARGED ME TWICE for this purchase!! The lady told me that she refunded the money ASAP! It has now been 7 business days since she supposedly refunded me the money, and nothing has changed in my bank account. I sent out another email two days ago.. no response.. I sent out another email this morning.. still waiting for the response. If I receive no response I might have to go through Wells Fargo and file a claim. With that being said, again, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This place is pretty pricey, but their clothes are so cute its worth it. They have items that aren't easily found elsewhere and the store is cleaned and organized. Weekends the dressing rooms can get pretty busy.

The staff here is a tad pretentious and aren't very helpful, its best to browse, and then get in and out with a cute new top.

I absolutely loved the dresses that I bought in your boutique. It was pretty good and has quality. Besides, I greatly loved the staff that entertained me the time I visit. This experience was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I was "sold" an item that wasn't in stock, and a hold was placed on my bank account. The email claimed that the item would ship the next day, and it didn't. I wasn't even told that the item wasn't in stock until 4 days later, when I emailed them and asked why I hadn't received a shipping confirmation email. Not only was I finally told the item wasn't in stock, but the hold was still on my account, days after they had to have realized that they didn't have the item. I'm led to believe that this site is a scam; if I didn't realize that there was no shipping email, I may have never contacted them. Furthermore, as an "apology for the inconvenience", I was given a 20% discount code that doesn't even apply to the brand of items I wanted (Comme des Garcons).

In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this site. I wouldn't wish this terrible shopping experience upon anybody.

I love Azalea because I know I can always find something unique here. I love this boutique for its boots and leather jackets as well as some of the more girly, flirty dresses. They throw a lot of events here too which is always fun to check out! Nothing like a little shopping and champagne!
