We have been working with Charlotte and her team for a couple of years now. I have been totally satisfied with their services.

I've known Steve for years, and was delighted with the rate offered, and the service provided by Joe Joplin who set up my account fast, and without error.

I go through cars like water and Az Insurance Team has been very good at keeping up with me switching Autos/Trucks on and off my policy. I am down to two now, and am not planning on making anymore changes for quite sometime. However, when I do, certainly, they will be on the ball and be on top of my everchanging needs

I have had nothing but positive experiences from everyone at AZ Insurance team. When I ran into a problem, Jennifer was there to save the day and Charlotte followed up with me to make sure all of my needs were taken care of. They are professional, caring and most of all compassionate. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

They will give great rates and are easy to communicate but get ready for a barrage of spam emails once you are enrolled. Like 4-5 per day.
You cant unsubscribe because you could miss an important email inbetween these spams.
Thats exactly what happened to me. Also after repeated requests, the name of my family members was being mispelled on forms that i need to sign for discounts. I expect that names are spelled correctly once i give them in writing.
Just cumbersome.. this whole process.

Update as of 8/3/2018
They did clarify that the spams were sent by insurance company and not them even though the spams were coming in their name.

Charlotte and the AZ Insurance Team have been wonderful. Always available to answer questions, clear up confusion, and provide the most detailed explanations. Can't say enough about their customer service. Wouldn't dream of switching our auto insurance provider.

I have used az insurance team for many years and for my car and home insurance. They are amazing. They all bend over backwards for you and get you the best rates they can. If something goes wrong or work needs to be done with my insurance company they do it for me. They take pride in what they do and I will remain with them forever. It's about the client not the money and I love that about them. Az Insurance team is a wonderful company.

They sure helped me out fast and efficiently with my Homeowners Insurance (or the lack there of, but now I am set). They were quick, efficient and professional. Glad I know three other people who recommended them so I could go to the right place!

Charlotte is awesome! Always quick to call back and help answer all of my questions. When my car insurance rates went up recently, she was able to find a better rate and got switched right away.

Make no mistake to anyone who is considering them. The Insurances are the ones paying them, you are just "the insured" , the clients are the insurances company which pay them to look for people. If any issue comes up they will take the side of the insurance company, instead of representing you. Just remember THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE, the insurance company is the client. I used them for around 3 years and as soon as a problem came up they started sucking up to the billion dollar company.

Update: As you can see bellow on their reply they can't read either. As I said, their client is the Insurance Company who pays them commission, not you (hence their attacks bellow disclosing information publicly about a transaction, ufff what do you guys think about that)(Clear Violation of the NAIC Privacy Of Consumer Financial and Health Information Model Regulations) Sounds Illegal, maybe an attorney can weigh in :) . Also, they failed to mention that their client (The Insurance company) messed up on the whole billing process 3 times and cancelled the policy. Whoever's is handling their social media presence clearly doesn't know what they are doing, and doesn't understand that what I said is factual and not an opinion (or are they not getting paid commission? ). Guys just call directly I got my policies for half the price just calling directly.

Charlotte is easy to talk to and no nonsense. She's not pushy but she is clear. All I need is clear communication, and Charlotte achieved this for us! Go to Charlotte. She got me auto insurance $20 month cheaper than I was paying and did so quickly.

First off I am content with my homeowner's premium and policy as well as my auto policy for the most part. My 2 star rating comes from the chaos caused by the insurance agent Charlotte Burs. She failed to explain so many parts of the billing connected to the discounts and took it upon herself to just do what she felt was best and not consult my wife or I. Then I advised her I wanted to pay my auto policy in full so as to receive the $200 discount over monthly installments, however she failed to do that as well. She submitted my 1st month premium payment and set me up on monthly billing. Only after I noticed the issue did she address it and attempt to correct it. At this point she kept telling me I had to pay the full non discounted amount and only after that would I receive a credit for the difference. So I would have to first pay $2000 and then I would receive a credit at a later date plus my first payment already auto drafted. I did not go along with this and it took over 10 days for her to correct this issue she caused from the very beginning and blamed it on a Progressive operator. All the problems and issues were finally resolved to my disbelief, but only after more problems or issues than I have ever experienced with any insurance agent ever before. My wife and I felt like we were in the twilight zone with this agent and wished we never bothered with them ever. I am uncertain if I will keep my policy with progressive insurance if I ever have to deal with Az insurance Charlotte Burs or her employees ever again.

If all you want from an insurance agent is someone knowledgeable who knows the market and can find you the best rates with good companies no matter what your needs, and who is always ready to assist with questions, then look no further than Char and Steve. And they even return phone calls!
We switched all our insurance products over to them a few years ago - our primary residence, two rental properties, six vehicles (including two with youthful drivers) and an umbrella policy - and saved hundreds when we did it. I've had more than a few insurance agents in my lifetime, and none have even come close to the way I'm treated at AZ Insurance Team.
Last year when I drowned my car in flash street flood (no, I didn't cross any barriers), all it took was one call to Charlotte to set the wheels in motion and get me back up and running within days.

This company is a joke. Apparently I spoke to the "owner of the company" and yet the guy hung up several times on me instead of assisting me. He offered one single solution prior to hanging up which was entirely contradictory of what I was telling him in regards to my issue. I was given their information by a Representative through Travelers Insurance which was the worst advice I ever took. They might be willing to help you if you have a simple request but once you start asking specific questions, you better get ready to be hung up on. Easily top 3 for worst costumer service I've ever received in my life. I definitely advise not calling this company even if you're already exhausted all other options. You're better off asking a wall! It's entirely laughable that the "owner" has the patience of a child!

Then he replies to the review with a blatant lie Said the "F word" once after he ignored the entire explanation of my issue to him and he gave me a contradictive statement. He also never "advised me the call would be disconnected". He just hung up while I was speaking. Your calls are recorded, right? Let's pull the call man. Or calls I should say since you hung up on me a second time just for trying to call back in and speak to a more respectful Representative. Good try saving face though buddy. Top marks.

It is very nice having a local person to talk to when issues arise. My roof began leaking after the last storm we had. I called and Jennifer explained the fastest way to get things moving. She explained the costs of both ways I could go. Most of us are clueless about our coverage and what it means. But they will take the time to explain it. I hated waiting n the phone listening to bad hold music every time I needed help. Well Jennifer saved me almost $400 and gives me personal help!

AZ Insurance has been a great piece of mind and helped us out when our mortgage lender changed and they didn't get the payment on time to the insurance team. Despite the delays, they didn't drop us and worked with us to establish contact with the mortgage company.
