I already understand how Salamanca was for a long time the third city with the most infections in Spain. What does the city council do to remedy this?

I find it embarrassing that our teens have virtually no leisure alternative. Only that of Salamanca at the top, and this was completed in December ..... so it does not even cover the whole year.
And it also seems shameful to me that there is not a sports program like god mandates, with ample hours and that is taught in every neighborhood or almost every neighborhood in the city.
It is very sad that small town councils such as Carbajosa, Villares or Santa Marta have much more alternative both leisure and sports or workshops for children or young people than the city has.
The city council should put the batteries in this aspect.

This review is addressed to the urban planning service of the Salamanca city council.
We are the future owners of an apartment that was previously local and we have not yet signed the deed of purchase of the house due to the slowness of the city council. The company in charge of the comprehensive reform sent all the necessary documentation, including the change of use from premises to housing, more than a year ago; Since July 2020 the answer they give is that everything is correct and the license will be available shortly; We are in May 2021, the work has been completed since September 2020 and we are still waiting. It does not seem normal to us that they take so long when they are saying that everything is correct and that there is no problem. We hope this review is useful for something.
