Still waiting on my husband Case to close. Raymon James Smith

I just wanted to let everyone know that AWKO law firm handled my case very professionally. They kept me updated on my lawsuit & answered all the questions I had! They also won me a great settlement on my case. I will use them in the future & tell my friends about their firm. I was more than grateful for everything they did for me.

I do like the firm add far as communication ,politeness, and returning calls. It is difficult when you hear nothing for months or years.
My only complaint is waiting for second half of settlement. These surgeries have left me in pain, inability to move legs and could use items that i can no longer afford. I am disabled and 59 in age.
Looks bleek to me. Im praying!

From what I have learned this firm is a great place to work and they take care if their clients as well as their employees....and they spread the wealth so to speak.....they do alot for the area

Do not hire this firm! I was lied to by their intake specialists, who will say anything to sign a client. The firm did not follow through on any actions that were promised. For example, they didn t even pull my medical records related to a hernia mesh case. Now, because of their negligence, I have to handle this myself and I might have missed the window to settle a valid claim because they dropped the ball completely. The misleading business practices and the gross negligence I experienced as their client have possibly caused me serious damage. I believe these attorneys are guilty of malpractice.

Just waiting to hear back from them for the 3m lawsuit. It's been about a week so no worries there. Would've given 5* had the lady that called me not been in such a rush and kept cutting me off. However, she probably had a lot of people to call so.

Our lawyer has done an awesome job communicating with us, and being transparent through this process!

I was very upfront with the associates of this firm. For them to turn around and drop me for the very reason I told them (no revision surgery) I was not doing in the beginning! Non informative No communication very sarcastic and rude. Why would I let them work on me and I m already in pain and the product messed me up! This firm deserves a F On the school grading scale

High pressure sales and demeaning intake specialist, William Henry, paralegal. He demanded that my husband sign the paperwork while on the phone and that it was only 9 paragraphs and that it s not that hard to understand. When my husband told him several times that he would need to take some time to read the paperwork, he became demeaning in his tone and words and continued with high pressure tactics. Treating people as if they are not intelligent is not the way to gain clients.

Absolutely the worst council I have ever seen. I would not recommend this attorneys office to my worst enemy.
