Great culture for a company. The people are very nice, respectful, and positive every day. This makes the whole experience very pleasant and motivating to contribute effort to the success of your team and company.

Free snacks, drinks, and pool and ping pong table on site are all plus points.

I cannot speak to the product they produce but I can say I like the physical layout of the offices. It seems like a great place to work based on the people I met and my tour of the facility.

I can tell you they need more ART on the walls. And I have the solution for that.

An installation I recently did in a nearby office building...

From a customer/consumer perspective this company is HORRIBLE. There billing and selling practices are shady.

1. There DDE billing option was free for a couple of months, but the consumer had to call or write in if they wanted to opt out of the program once the free trial was over. I didn't even use that option and had an outside company do our billing. I paid no attention to this and that was my mistake. They overcharged my company 150 per month for over a year. I found out later other companies got their money back but for me they refused. Currently taking this to the Attorney General.

2.Their EVV-MObilie option was arbitrarily added to home agency core software even though many of the employees don't use it. Extra 120 per month.

3. I was overcharged 599.00 because my census including discharges were over 35. I tried to explain that my total census was not up 35 but they charged me a fee anyway. Imagine getting a bill from 649 to over 1000 in a month? A bank would wave an overdraft fee of 30.00 not Axxess. They will charge almost double the price of the subscription per month.

Other agencies here in Ohio who I've talked to said they have to constantly look at their credit card statements or checking accounts because Axxess will charge fees that they are not expecting. They are leaving axxess or downgrading their software.

Fun place to work at! Everyone is so friendly. Free candy everywhere and there's a Liberty Burger across the street! Also, they have Listerine and lotion in the bathrooms. Goodbye dry skin and bad breath!

Software was good until 2020 PDGM came in place and it seems like they have issues every week. Also, the call center wait time is like 30 min

Absolutely choose Axxess. I love this place and the software it provides us for work.

Axxess graciously allows LaravelDFW to use their space for a monthly Meetup. They provide free food and drinks (including beer!).
