Rooms, breakfast and phenomenal staff, less a receptionist than when he asked for an umbrella he told me he didn't have it and he looked at me as if he were asking something weird. Then when I wanted to leave, the door did not open and again when I asked if it could be opened I looked so ugly.

This is the place to stay near the airport. Check in and check out was fantastic. The restaurant was very good. Service was excellent. I can t recommend this this hotel more. Enjoy.

Wakeup service and very friendly staff at the reception who try to help you and solve all questions or problems.

Very rwcommend for short stay or business trips or long stopover for taking the next flight .
Also have congress and business rooms for rent.
Hote have fitness room sauna and outdoor swimming pool.

Nice 4* hotel near the Airport. Nice large and clean rooms. Quite good continental breakfast.

The room very well, but the Food, besides I am a fatal vegetarian, remembering all the. Time, giving me tuna despite remembering that I did not fish, on the day of the flight I had a sandwich that was lettuce only wet with the wet bread and 2 huge pieces of tomato, I find it incredible the lack of resources they have for this type of situation, the bocata lohe tenifo that torsr because everything wet from lettuce.

Great nice hotel. Good breakfast but mkt people. Bad coffee. Smells in the room despite non smoking.

Near the airport, with transfer service, very clean and careful, and good customer service.
In the hotel next door they have an excellent restaurant, with very good cuisine.

Good but lacking in the reception informing us that we could use the wet areas and we did not enjoy that service for lack of information I asked at night and the girl only told me that the service was the wrong room.

Good decoration, modern. very functional. Getting out of the room and spending time in the Sauna and steam room is spectacular. In summer the pool is small but it's fine because it's sunny.
Negative: the jacuzzi water is very cold, there is no restaurant service to the room, this seems fatal if you want to eat a breakfast or simply ask for a champagne and something to snack on ..... What is essential in any hotel? 4 stars anywhere in the world and more in Europe.

Good value for money. It has a shuttle that takes you to the airport. Some employees are unkind.

Excellent bed and pillows, big and clean bathroom. Breakfast was very diverse and well done. Rooms were dark and quiet. Would stay there again, without doubt.

Modern hotel near Madrid airport. Clean. We stayed night before leaving for home. WiFi did not work. Late October and Ac was shut down. Room was hot and stuffy during afternoon. With unscreened window bugs flew into room. Worst night of our three week European sojourn. Stay away.

The hotel is new, or has been recently renovated. The room we took was triple on the first floor, a little narrow. The air conditioner somewhat noisy, but the worst is that the room when we picked it smelled of tobacco.

Apartment spacious. Good price for the area that it is. Recommended both to spend the night for work and to be on vacation.

Awful hotel. Does not pull even 3 stars. Awful attitude towards guests. Terrible condition of the rooms. Corporate parties are arranged on the 0 floor until 2-3 am and do not allow guests to sleep. In the morning do not even apologize. I do not recommend this hotel.

I visited this place for a 3day trip , great facilities and breakfast is good!!! Wifi is fast, the room rates are very reasonable & the rooms are very spacious and clean.

Nice and modern hotel, not far away from Madrid Barajas Intl. Airport. Bus shuttle to/from airport available. If tou want to visit Madrid city there are hoteles with best location.

Very helpful staff, very comfortable rooms. The restaurant served the best meal I had in Spain. Iberico tenderloin wjth goat cheese. The octopus was super. Great waiter, very accommodating.

It was alright, the rooms where big enough. The staff seemed very friendly, and there was a boiler in the room, but there was no tub in the bathroom, just a standing up shower section. They supplied us with towels, a dental kit, and shampoo, but there wasn t much. The beds were a bit small, I almost feel off of them. There is breakfast, and the lounging areas, (which there are on every floor) are very comfortable, from big, soft sofas to places where you could work on a computer. There is a pool, but it s only used in the summer, (an outdoor pool) and I believe there is a gym, but I didn t go. Checkout took a long time, and there was a lot of unnecessary stuff. They have free lifts to the airport, which is convenient if you re in a hurry to get there for a flight.

Hotel near the airport, with convenient bus shuttle service to the hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms, with many services designed to make you feel comfortable after a day's work. Although it is not practical if you plan to visit Madrid, by subject location.
