I live in Queens, NY and AxleHire is the delivery company used for my StitchFix orders. I live in an apartment complex and the delivery personnel never deliver the packages properly. On two occasions my packages were left in other buildings and the other two occasions they were completely MIA. Never received them. I waited outside to meet the person, to hopefully avoid any confusion - never saw them. Received a delivered email while waiting, then immediately searched the entire complex. Nothing.

This company was responsible for delivering our hungry root orders, and three out of four were damaged from poor handling, and one went missing. I was told it sucks, but since you gave us permission to leave it outside, that s the way it goes. We went down to get it within 3 minutes of their call and it was gone. The driver said he talked to his boss, but the entire thing sounded fake, and I m pretty sure the driver ended up with some pretty great dinner items. Hope he likes polenta.

Good people. They're very careful with all my orders. I have been getting "Freshly." I always get the notification text throughout the day letting me know the status and whereabouts of my delivery. I have yet to have a problem and have been using them over 4 months.

I have started using Freshly, who unfortunately uses this service to deliver products. I have had two deliveries so far. Last week, they didn't even bother bringing the box up and just left it in my driveway next to my vehicle. Today, the guy couldn't be bothered to get off the phone with his wife or girlfriend and threw my food on my porch from about waist height. The slam was loud enough for me to hear it in my back yard. Thankfully I have home surveillance so I'm able to keep video record of all this.

10/29/21 Update: This keeps happening. This is now the 4th or 5th box tossed from waist height to my porch. Unfortunately google does not give me the ability to reply to the owner.
