Very hard to reach...don't call back..bad service..bad communication...
Horrible roadside assistance and customer service. Twice now they rejected my tow because the customer service rep's interpretation of their rule is as such. They understand their policies as one thing and would twist the words and deny you tow at all costs. First time they offered to tow me to a body shop for a mechanical breakdown because that is the closest repair shop. Horrible service every time. No manager to report their services and no followup calls.
Bad service dont call back dont help you in critical situations
This is the actual worst travel insurance that I have ever used. Almost 6 months later I'm still waiting for reimbursement and they "decided" to only reimburse me half of the cost of the medical assistance. Save your coins and spare yourself from a lot of stress and get another insurance.
