Awesome Walls Cork Review

Very nice venue with climbing, children s play area and a small & basic cafe/shop

Love going to Awesome walls.....especially when i need some relax time, sit have a coffee while the kids play but mostly to climb the walls to get that core work-out. Its a great family bonding moment.

Visited Awesome Walls on a taster package & had a fabulous experience. We spent an hour with an instructor who went through everything from tying knots, belay, safety & safety checks, what to do or not do. He was so patient & informative. Afterwards he showed us the boulder wall & gave us instruction on safe climbing. After our taster package we had the freedom to stay for as long as we wanted practising what we had learned. Great day out, well worth the visit. Planning to return on a package called the 5 day pass. The staff were so friendly, helpful & welcoming.

Incredible place. You can come in here regardless of your climbing experience and spend as long as you like in there. It is rather cheap and after you have been given a short demonstration you are free to climb these truly awesome walls.

Really good climbing place, have been coming here for weeks now. Felt need to give a 5 star rating after my girlfriend injured herself climbing and the staff were incredibly quick and helpful to make sure she was ok.

Great climbing centre. Staff were very friendly and professional. Definitely gonna visit again the next time I am in Cork. Plus the coffee is excellent.

A fantastic place for the whole family to spend a few hours or even a whole day. Ropes and bouldering available at an affordable rate. There's even a play area for the kiddos if needs be

Always looking forward going back to have another awesome experience. The gym have all the gear and friendly instructors and staff to help you to get better. It also have a nice caffe area, just at the entrance, where you can grab a snack or drink coffee and tea. On the reception you can also find some products and gear for climbing.

Great fun party, the facilities are actually awesome. Understaffed though.

Great all around place. Nice bouldering walls with great problem style diversity. Nice training area and a moonboard as well. Staff wasn't that much present but when talked to were really helpful. Used the auto belays a bunch and it was great. Unfortunately couldn't find a partner to belay me.
They don't have a locker room or a place to shower. Pretty long way from Cork but well served with Bus.

Best climbing gym in Munster, without a doubt. A bit small compared to the ones in Dublin but lots of good lead and bouldering!

Friendly atmosphere and plenty of space to climb. On site shop handy too.
