I have been in business 9 years now, starting out with CVR, whom I felt had friendly, efficient and helpful customer service. After about two years, I was solicited by a couple of nice gentlemen from a newer company, AVRS. It took some convincing but they sold me and I'm happy they did. AVRS has been just as helpful, friendly and supportive with all of my needs. The only time I did not get my inventory order overnight, which I place about every 6 weeks, is when the two companies merged and one can only imagine the chaotic process. However, they did their best to get us what we needed in a timely manner and at an affordable price. As a business owner and one who built and thrives on customer service, I understand the need for a little time, patience and understanding from time to time from those we are servicing. I am not sure if customers are aware that the arrival of ones plates and registrations depends on when the dealer processes and whether all requirements are met, i.e., title.... So overall, as a processing registration service that processes between 50-90 daily transactions, I am extremely happy with the service, tech support and especially the local representative that offers help Thank you AVRS!
