My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle with Spencer and it was hands down the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. This was phenomenal and personalized customer service at its best. We felt completely comfortable and had an honest, up front, and non-pressured experience. I would highly recommend this dealership; you will have 10x of a better experience here compared to other Toyota dealerships in the valley. AVONDALE TOYOTA IS AMAZING!!! i will never go to another dealership again!!! after being screwed over by another dealership into a car i didn t really want and in shambles financially, i went to toyota to see my options and if they could help me in anyway and BOY DID THEY! this is my 3rd time buying from them so i knew they would be amazing. We worked with Spencer and Leo and they are such great people!! they gave us every option they had and made sure i left happy! thank you guys for all of your help!

I purchased a car for my granddaughter here. We are from out of town and selected this dealership because it was convenient to our hotel location. Scottie Williams was our sales advisor and he did a wonderful job assisting us. He was knowledgeable, patient and extremely personable. He guided us through the process with absolutely no pressure and made both our experience a positive one.

I love this place! I was looking for a car, walked in and got Spencer. He is so kind, he listened to exactly what we were looking for and got me in my Highlander. I had such bad past experiences with car salesman in the past and he turned that around. Now he has a customer for life. Thanks so much Toyota for such an amazing car and experience. Do NOT TRUST them with TIRE SERVICES. I got this tire less than a year ago BRAND NEEWWW according to them and this was happening on the inside. NO WAY I COULD HAVE RAN OVER ANYTHING to cause this damage. I kept telling them about my tire issues and the just said it s just the sensor . Just checked my car doesn t even have the sensory.

We worked with Reggie and he was excellent. Very knowledgable, processional, concerned for our complete satisfaction. Reggie was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to accommodate us. When it's time to buy another car, we will definitely use Reggie at Avondale Toyota. We are very satisfied customers!!

Bought my first used car from avondale. Must say everyone there was very flexible and extremely supporting in term of documentation and financial process. Best part was that vehicle was exactly how I saw in the pictures. The condition was greatly maintained. They even let me take the vehicle home even though I was short on some amount at that time, showing trust.

Really appreciate the help from Kyle and getting things done easy and quickly. Given the slim availability, he still found a vehicle for me and was very good and putting the deal together. I would recommend going here next time you are looking. Instead of taking hours , it took less than an hour and I drove away.

No wast of time & very little negotiations. So far easy to work with. They allow refundable DP(500) to hold a car expected to be delivered within weeks, appraise the trade in & you keep your car & the price until you pick up the new car. This would be done within 24 hrs of notification.
