We built our house with AVL in 2015-2016 and are very satisfied with the construction. Nothing to complain about. Completion was good, all small defects (that are inherent in a new building) were eliminated. We are very satisfied with the price / quality of the home, including the flexibility that the company displays. We can contact them today and they take our questions seriously. We heartily recommend this contractor.
