They never pick call in branch and calling on their toll free no is a peculiar type of experience, you will press 0 for talking in hindi they will talk you in english, options are for english press 1 and then for hindi press 0 instead of press 2,
They have never thought that why they are fail to sell second policy to their existing customers in stead of searching new customers and spending money on advt.

one can try to purchase any life insurance directly from any insurance co office in stead of using services of any mediator and can demand discount from co in first premium up to 40% to 100% and can save money
Insurance companies should add their existing customer as part time agent/ business developer and should give them discount in premium of their own/family policies for making new customers.

My husband took life saver plus policy 10 years back and deposited rupees 60000 in three years. Now we are asking for our amount back as we need it but they are refusing to pay. We felt like cheated. How could a reputed company behaves unethically and not giving our own money back and that is without interest also. Very bad experience.
