Our experience with Avionte has been astonishing to our team. From day one, it was clear that much of what was promised wouldn't ever be delivered. The support team is slow to respond and quick to provide excuses.

When the process of transitioning to Avionte began, we were ecstatic about the variety of features that we thought would make our staffing processes more efficient and organized.

What we got, instead, was pure chaos and a software system that functions worse than the software we used from the 1980s.

From never-ending glitches in the system to inexplicable complications in the process and limited personalization options, Avionte is truly disappointing.

A few key elements of their software that have been infuriating and disappointing:

- Spotlight. This function does not work at all, and we are told they're working on it, but we have yet to hear a timeline or any meaningful explanation. This was a primary reason we partnered with them, so finding that it doesn't function is bewildering.

- Dedicated support in general. When we do manage to get through to support, which takes extensive effort, we are met with vague excuses.

- Integrations, such as E-Verify and Google Jobs simply don't work. They were meant to alleviate some steps from our process, but are useless buttons with zero function.

- Over 3,000 duplicates in our system that we'd have to pay to get fixed, despite the fact that their software's ineffective merging was the cause.

- Glitches with E-Sign, which never seem to end. Our applicants regularly cannot access the paperwork they need to sign in order to be sent to a job.

- Avionte's reporting is inaccurate at best, and in many cases doesn't work altogether.

- The database semi-regularly crashes, often for hours.

- Their closed API makes it incredibly difficult to work around the above issues with additional software, effectively trapping us into their mediocre, infuriating system.

We hope to hear solutions to the above issues in the near future, before our IT guy loses his mind chasing solutions to never-ending glitches and malfunctioning features.
