The Location was nice. It was family friendly and had good facilities for kids, but the general upkeep for the Water Villa and hygiene levels was not up to scratch, especially if you taking your kids along. There was dust and human hair that was very visible to the naked eye.
One of the best resort in PD. 1st time arrived here eventhough so many times being in PD. Nice surrounding. Very calm and peaceful.
the food and environment are great and so with the hospitality crews but don't forget about the sea breeze and sunset view, it's great to be in here.
Natural pandan leave fragrance in room,nature like environment, peaceful. Smart tv, awesome water chalet view, nice bed.
Downside: a bit dated furniture but acceptable . Also need to have additional power socket outlets to charge handphone. Have to take turns to charge the gadgets.
1. Book early but never give table number whatsoever.

3. Dining buffet near pantai riau, very hot, eventhough i have small children the manager never bother to change my seat, but luckily one of the worker was very good and understanding and change my table after that. A for the worker, F for the manager...
4. Not welcoming, SOP were not implement seriously.
Stayed in water villa.....suitable for family with kids.... Place was nice..... Friendly staffs especially during breakfast..... Very good service and helpful...... Our room number 419... The bathtub hose was leaking and cannot be used and the toilet room was stinking... Other than that we had an enjoyable stay
It's supposed to be high class and exquisite. Unfortunately the rooms lack any of those. The exterior is nice to the eyes. Swimming pools and amenities are well managed.
Rooms on the other hand are pretty ragged and old. The sliding doors that partition the bedroom and bath area could fall off.
The TV has poor signal with limited selection of channels. The room lacks lighting - all are lamp shades. Worst is outside the room - smothered in bird poop.
They could do better for the price of the rooms.

Almost everything is excellent with some set backs which can be improved further.. the staff around the hotel are very friendly but the front desk team might have to undergo customer service training as they are too defensive when trying to answer customer's question as customer just want a trouble-free stay.. the room is tidy and don't expect the cleanliness is dust free or bird poo free, anyway you are staying at the beach side, what can you expect, right?
About SOP and social distancing, hmm...
Stay at premium water chalet. Nice and cosy. The best part is the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. Not bad. And credit to all worker .. helpful and nice ..just that. Arrived at 11.51pm at night. No one assist us to the room. The path was dark and we are bit lost to find the way..
