I was really looking forward to my experience, but I found the services offered didn’t quite meet my expectations. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, but I felt the staff could have been more attentive. The treatment I received lacked the personal touch I had hoped for. 🌿✨ Overall, it didn't resonate with me as I anticipated.
