This is the best agency I have ever come across. The people are really friendly and helpful, Especially Dal. I would recommend them to those who wants to do much better in life.

Worse people ever never answering the calls only want to email. Never help you I recommend anyone not to go through this agency they will only lead you to disappointment and haven't got a clue what's going on themselves. Stay Away

This February I did a role for them in an office in west drayton(tristar), they forced me to go self-employed even though I asked them for paye. They made me go NOVA when I asked for paye on the day before I was due to get paid and said If i did not register I would not get my pay (black mail), even though they offered it as a choice.



This seems to be a growing trend for employers/recruitment companies, mainly because it lowers their own ni/tax burdens and shifts it on to you.

TBH with you, you're better off stacking shelves at tesco than using bad recruitment companies like this one.

Im delighted to write a review about the managing director of aviation recruitment , Kully Sadhu, who as soon as he took the job role he made a massive change, organised respectful with the requests and very quick to respond to any need an employee can have, thank you very much for all the time spent doing his best to achieve an easy way of working.

I have been with them for almost half a year now, they have a group of such wonderful people who are always ready to help you in all the way they can. Also the guide and assist you in a proper way so you have a real good experience doing the proper kind of work you want to and treat you like part of their wonderful family.

Very rude people. Always has to be there way won't listen to you opinion or voice and talk down to you even when you are following instructions. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

Truly disappointed with ARNL. I don t usually leave reviews because I don t morally think it s the right thing to do however I felt like I needed to leave one today. It all started when I applied for a job through ARNL for another company. I was asked to come in and sign up, after speaking to Paul he felt that I had the skills for a job they had advertised at the branch and asked if I could wait 45 minutes to be interviews by Khatera Botsy (Branch Manager) and Kully Sandhu (Owner). During the interview which I think went very well especially because of my experience. I did state from the start to Paul what I was looking for salary wise and Kully also said he will try his best to meet my needs. Anyway I was asked to come in on a temporary contract. Was asked to go home Thursday morning because there was no work allocated to me, Khatera said she ll call me tomorrow, instead she hides behind a screen and emails me. Wasted my time completely. They all are rude and all talk about each other behind their backs, and applicants, laughing about an applicant because they couldn t read or write was the most horrible for me. Khatera talks rubbish about the owners and her workers, and thinks she knows it all when in fact I had to teach her a few things. Just in general no respect for each other, they just want to get their numbers up.

Was called in a few days later after my review was put up, asked if I would like to be paid for the full week, time sheet was done for the week. Following week was paid for only 2 days due to the fact I did not remove my review according to Kully. Wouldn t be surprised if they paid everyone to remove reviews or put up reviews. Kully is very disrespectful and speaks down to people, being called names is not appropriated ARNL! Spoken to a few individuals about the company and Kully, truly disappointed by the things I ve heard.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

They DO NOT HIRE OVERWEIGHT people the director said and than asked me for my passport number?

STAY AWAY at all cost!

A truly awful airport recruitment agency (not even worth 1 star) this useless company epitomise what the man on the street thinks of modern day work agencies. Bad service, arrogant and rude attitude from the management, especially the director kully sandhu. He verbally abused me with disgusting swear words because I raised several questions about not being paid on time and wanting to leave. There is a lack of clear communication, or should I say false communication. Everything has to be communicated via email, they won't respond to phone calls which I found very strange. Initially they will tell you everything you want to hear, lure you in with a pack of lies. But in reality they are only looking out for themselves, they treat you like a commodity, not a human being, as long as you make money for them, that's all that matters. They won't listen to you, they won't answer your calls, and if your lucky to get through your opinion won't even matter. Please do yourself a favour and refrain from using this agency, they are not worth your time. Every person deserves respect, which this company doesn't know the meaning of. Only use them if you are absolutely desperate, but be prepared to be treated like a homeless dog in a warzone.

Started off well, . I lasted a week as I found a better job with better money and had to put my family first. However, Dal Sandhu is very unprofessional. He called me and is now refusing to pay me! I was always friendly about my approach, sent multiple emails, texts and phone calls. He didn t respond and ended up blocking my number which is very pathetic and childish. I have now unfortunately had to start a case with Acas to try get this resolved. Would avoid dealing with this man as he s not professional in the slightest. Refuses to pay you if they don t get their own way.

The ARNL team are amazing. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Lauren Till, Khatera Boosty n Veronica who have always been in constant contact. Thanks to Terrie n Arzu.I feel this agency is one of the best. They are experts in their field.

Avoid this company like the plague. I was promised a job offer of HGV airside driver but however at the interview with their client (Menzies Aviation), I was informed that I would be driving a van picking up rubbish from planes !!! They lie to you and try to lure you by giving you false details about the job.

I applied with them 7 dec 2019 usually airport references takes 2 month but i suggeste you guys please do not apply with this rubish company they dont care even they will not give you any update about your job after 3 months and 10 days they give me For which postion they were chosen by me they didn't given me that postion even they made commitment 9 55 an hour and after 3 month 10 55 bt company said u will get 9 15 after 3 months 9 55 please i suggeste you guys stay away from this agency other wise you will waste your time they dont care about you they will give always hope hope hope ...... and thats it !!!

Not a trustful company, they did not pay me for 2 months and when i called them to get it sorted the just replied to me rudely, i will advice everyone to stay away from this place.

Working for this agency since December 2019.I cannot really complain- flexible hours, good pay and always on time, any problems sooner or later solved. Veronica O. resourcing consultant, I usually deal with is friendly, helpful and efficient. I would recommend working for this agency.

its a very dissapointing place dont waste your time if you looking for a job they dont care about the workers they just make fun of them and they never attend your calls and give you an update about your job, they keep ignoring you and make you feel really bad.

The worst company I have ever worked for. Wasted my time working there. They forget you are a Trainee Recruitment Paul who is the manager of the Slough office has no clue what he is doing! Turned me into an admin more than a Trainee Recruiter. Expected me to know everything! Both the manager and the director himself (Kully) spoke about me behind my back. This entire company is fake. Management talk behind your back the director and the manager both talk about their colleagues in a disgusting manner. They are all bullies. Talk about you laugh at you behind your back. They treat you like dirt. No respect. Paul is clueless cant do his job properly and the Kully is very self centered and talks to his colleagues like they are nothing. Its a shame because Dal is the only good thing the company has who is a massive support and very understanding. Its a shame i guess. Anyways please do not bother applying for a Trainee Recruitment role because you wont get any support and they will just treat you like dirt. I really thought I d get the support and help from this company and really work hard for the company but i was totally wrong. This company has lost A LOT of workers it s embarrassing, says a lot if im honest... no one likes working for Aviation Recruitment Network. Stay well away from applying for this company.
