Avi resort & casino Review

Went to dinner at Feathers restaurant. Food and service were spectacular. Had the chicken Parmigiano, delicious.

Perfect for what we wanted. The pool was fun and not too crowded and you can walk right down onto a beach which was so fun.

Our room was quiet and comfortable, if not fancy.

Great for a beach and pool trip!

Me and my family have been coming to this resort for about 8 years now. It is tradition for us to come every year. Some years I have to be honest are better than others. The hotel rooms need a lot of upgrades. The newer rooms are nice but just a pro tip if you want to upgrade to them just know they are all facing the parking lot and sidewalk so prepare to make sure your curtains are closed as anyone can see into your hotel as they are coming into the lobby. Some furniture in other rooms are ripped old and the bathrooms wouldn't hurt to upgrade them. The pool also will hurt your eyes so bad just just try not to put your face in. Aside from all that it is a beautiful property with convenience of Arizona down the street and Laughlin down the other street. Beautiful lake and entertainment for the kids. Lots of parking and if your lucky enough to be here for their annual fireworks take advantage they put on an amazing show!

Nice hotel for the family. I enjoyed the kid quest play area for the kids and the movie theater for the teens. I think the hotel could have another pool area because it was so crowded but overall nice place to stay.

If I could give a -0 star i would! Many came for our wedding and we recommend AVI , I will never recommend them again! The room's were filthy and blood on the bed, faces in the tub, toothpaste and hair in the sink! Got switch to another room and it wasn't any better! And now they charged for deposit to reserve, then deposit for any damages + two rooms when the first room was there fault being filthy! The supervisor i spoke to on the phone is a complete incompetent wast of air! He literally said to me.... we take it up with your bank, "we got what we wanted"! Really!! Now we are getting called from those who stayed and at our wedding they are now positive for covid.... the only ones positive are the ones who stayed at the AVI hotel!! Do not stay, walk in or eat the food! They don't care about you but have no problem taking your money!

This is a modern resort and right on the water. What is not to love? Room was great. Their pool is crazy good and has a bar. There is a large section of pool that is inches deep so you can recline and chill out in the water. Entire pool isn't very deep so your kids can play anywhere in it. There is a beach! A massive one. You can swim in the river. The cigarette store sells fireworks all year. You can light them off at the resort! Also convenient place to get gas for your watercraft right on the water. Room rates are a bit pricey. Join their club and do some gambling to get comps. Restaurants were great. They also have things like Subway for quick bites near the pool area.

This was our First stay. The room was clean enough, no bugs and the beds were okay. But no view, we faced a brick wall. No coffee for the morning. No fridge. AC was okay but didn't blow cold. I would rate as average. Personally I think it was priced high for what they offer.

Extremely over priced rooms. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable but poorly made. Staff courteous and pleasant. No information in the rooms as to what amenities or where anything was located ice machines or anything like that.

Well it's Avi. What were you expecting? It's still the same as always, kinda dumpy. We went to Feathers restaurant for their $20. steak and lobster tail dinner. That was a big disappointment. The steak chewy and the lobster tail was this tiny strip that when you cut it up it all fit into my tiny melted butter dish. Ugh! But the hot fudge sundae was . It had a brownie on the bottom and it was good.

Large rooms that seem to need more furniture to make the room comfortable. Hotel location is isolated, about 30 min from the rest of Laughlin casinos. Nice beach & pool.
