Friendly environment & staff are extremely knowledgable. Once Property Management changed over, I have seen nothing but improvements!

Can not comment on the business itself self but the properly on 140th and Victoria trail. Parking lot is one of the worst ones I've ever seen. Pothole and crumbling apart. Be a shame if one broke his or her ankle and pursued legal action.

This company is TERRIBLE. They are thieves, they take money from people and do not care about their tenants. Never lease a space from Avenue commercial its a nightmare. The staff has no humanity.

Jordan Geske Did an amazing amazing job. Great guy to work with and made me really happy and comfortable to ask any questions I have. Love love the place. Very organized and professional.

The parking lot at your property at 13750 Bow Bottom Trail SE has been in terrible disrepair for years & needs to be completely repaved. This year there are several massive pot holes (craters) near McDonald's & Petro Canada in addition to a ton of smaller pot holes & sunken areas. When will this parking lot will be properly attended to? It's been years since any repairs have been done. Tried to contact you a while ago via your website & never received a response. Disgraceful.

Terrible management with poor professionalism & bias mentality without standard values and culture in place for practice. I truly don t recommend to anyone based on my experience with this company.

Our investment firm was taken over by Avenue Commercial years ago and it's been nothing but a nightmare since the transition. No communication, no AGM's and nothing to show for the $50k real estate investment that's rotting in the ditch. Value down to less than $15k. I'd be happy with a cheque for even less. For shame!

Especially do not deal or sign any agreements with SUNIL MALL with whom we have the most awful experience.
Correctly to say it was a 2 year nightmare what costed me thousands of dollars in losses and 2 years of a stressful court session.
Sunil Mall is a scammer, negligent, his paperwork is a mess and a total mistake, it s look like this realtor never attend a school, plus this man has a big experience of lying. He will do anything to make you look like a loser.
He will use you and spit you out .
I really feel sorry for the people who will decide in future to deal with Sunil Mall or Avenue comerciale.

Jordan and Sunil did a great job filling a vacant store front space we had- despite the slow market. Very professional and kept me up to date on paperwork, showings ect. Must have great management behind them, lot of pride in work. Couple of real beauties! ..... Will use the services again!
