Avenida Pharmacy - PharmaChoice Review

I must say I'm very impressed with the customer service from this pharmacy. Talk about going above and beyond! Very impressed. Hard to find customer service this solid these days.

This is such a quick and easy solution for all your medication needs. I get my injections here once a month and I wait no longer then 5-10 minutes. Very helpful. And Layla the pharmacist there is very customer service oriented and will help you with anything. Nicest pharmacy I've ever been to. Thanks Avenida pharmacy for keeping me well.

This is a gem hidden in Avenida. The staff is amazing and all the pharmacist are so knowledgeable. The service is also MUCH faster than any shoppers pharmacies.

Avenida Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. The service is outstanding, and on two separate occasions they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I receive the best care possible. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

However, they are a small business and do not carry much stock on site. If you are concerned about this, calling ahead and asking will solve the problem.

I cannot express how wonderful everyone at this pharmacy is. After having a bad experience at Shoppers Drugmart, I was referred here and am so happy I went! The pharmacists here REALLY care about you. Each time I've gone in for myself or for my children, they take the time to make sure we know how to take the medicine. They even taught my daughter how to use her inhaler! Impressive doesn't even cut it. The owner Nabil had gone above and beyond for me and my family. I feel that He cares more about my health than my doctor does! He thinks outside the box, always has educated suggestions and is extremely helpful! And of course, everyone remembers who you are. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Avenida Pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy if you want excellent customer service with a smile and extremely caring staff. Thank you for making me feel important to you! You are true role models for how the health industry in Canada should be.

I went in to reorder my pills for the next three months and they were done already. I was impressed.
The pharmacist contacted my specialist regarding my medications and everything was done in a professional friendly manner. I will not ever go anywhere else.

The best pharmacy by far. Nabil is the best he has helped me and my family for the last 4 yrs. And I can imagine going any where else.

Simply an amazing place. The customer service here is seriously above and beyond. If you need help, Nabil and his crew WILL find a way to take care of you. Avenida Pharmacy has the atmosphere of an old druggist: an independent shop with extremely knowledgeable staff who truly care about their patients.

Love this pharmacy, it is like cheers. Knows everyone by there name. Great customer service, very busy but still very fast at getting your script ready. A very well run businesses!

Possibly a good pharmacy, but I'm not sure because I can't tell what their hours are without going there. No automated answering service when calling to tell me hours, and no hours in Google :/
