Pretty good place with nice service. Restaurant is pretty good. Breakfast is overall okay. The free WiFi system offered is not very good.
The rooms are great, with good sized bathroom.

It's great, everything is perfect and I went home with a very satisfied feeling.

Arrived at this hotel via an ANWB arrangement for several nights. The hotel is classified as a 4-star hotel, but on arrival it appeared that there was no swimming pool, no fitness, no sauna or wellness. Not really worthy of 4 stars. We had paid an extra surcharge of 30 euros per night for the 'executive' room. With that supplement you get a room rate of 150+ euros per night. That is substantial and then you can expect something. The room was equipped with all comforts, but was apparently decorated in the 80s of the last century, after which nothing has changed. In other words; the room (and also the hotel) needs some love and attention from a good interior designer. The bathroom is outdated, the air conditioning does not work well, no king size bed, a view over the bins of the restaurant. However, a fresh fruit basket, use of bathrobes and bath slippers. The staff is polite. We could only use the room from 3 pm, not a minute earlier. The breakfast buffet is fine, but an outright miss is the extra charge of 2.75 euros for a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. A plus is the hotel restaurant. Also friendly staff here, a good menu with fresh local produce.

Great hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast perfectly arranged (despite it being by the end time). Enough parking places. A bit of a shame about the big thresholds, but not everyone drives a lowered car ...

Nicely located hotel and excellent air conditioning
The room did not represent much the mattress was bad, springs came through. We requested a bed shelf, staff did not understand what we meant. Furthermore, it was nice that there was a stocked minibar, only the peanuts were indicated and we were going to report this and the staff said that the peanuts had been opened.
So not a really good experience with Hampshire hotels.

I really like Steigenberger Parkhotel and hope I can give it a higher rating this time. This is a great old-fashioned European-style hotel with a great location, close to the city and a park, and usually doesn't disappoint me. This is my second time staying at this hotel and it also happens to be the insulation value I was in when I was there. I felt very tired and needed to sleep well one night and unfortunately the air conditioner in this room could not be used. I was lying in bed all night and sweat. This is very unpleasant. I was told when I checked out to the front desk, "Hey, others have told us." That's it, no apologies, no attempt to correct the situation. I understand that this happened, which is why I didn't call to complain at night, but the way it was handled disappointed me.

Just drunk a cup of coffee with cakes! Class! Excellent service and delicious cakes !!

Even though you are without airconditioning, the rooms are very comfortable. You can open the windows, and have nice air flow with a fan. The restaurant is very good quality food, and atmosphere. The staff is always very nice, and eager to greet you.

This makes me happy. Nice restaurant, very pleasant lady in the service (representative and communicative) and good wine. Enjoying an hour with overtime ....

We went here for diner with a small groups. Food was not good, not bad. They forgot to bring us several drinks which we did pay for. Good attempt, but poor service in the end.

Had a drink and bitterballen on an early afternoon on Sunday. Nice space, nicely decorated. Friendly service and reasonably fast service. Good choice in drinks, plenty of parking and reasonably priced.

Nice room, only an outdated bathroom with mold in the corners. That is also the only negative.

Were here for the second time. No hot water. Breakfast reasonable. Look for another hotel nearby in the future.

Solid hotel, the rooms are a bit old, especially the bathroom. The selection at breakfast could be bigger. The restaurant is OK, the selection in the area is limited anyway.

It was my first time there and it was really positive surprise. Nice room and bathroom. The best for me was the experience in the restaurant. Varied breakfast and perfect proposal of 4 course dinner. Surely will book it again in the future.

The food was very disappointing, meat sent back to the kitchen. Also in the 2nd instance the meat was still moderate. Don't come back soon.

We have felt very spoiled during t game arrangement !! The service was very attentive and the food was very tasty !! The hotel room was taken care of: unfortunately there was black mold in the bathroom and the beds, to our taste, were a bit soft. But generally recommended !!

Very attractive, cozy location. We were able to get in with 2 wheelchairs and to the adapted toilet and the service is excellent!
