Avantee logistics were asked to help me on an emergency case of trying to get a PCR test for a student trying to meet a flight deadline. They were utterly helpful with a 'can do' attitude. Everything was so tightly time sensitive, with the outlook, seemingly impossible! They managed somehow to get a motorbike courier halfway up the country to meet a deadline within less than four hours! Cannot thank them enough for their assistance in this. I still can't quite believe we got the test to the laboratory on time. I don't often have to use a courier service, but will never go to anyone else in future. A zillion thanks for a seamless, hassle free, responsive and professional service!

Tried to recieve a quote from this company that claimed they were open 365 days a year 24 hours a day. Called up and got a very rude response saying how it was boxing day and my delivery wasnt urgent enough. Incredibly rude how he spoke and unprofessional.
