When I heard about Avant Company, I was in chock I said to my self this is a miracle company. How can a company like this exist? Who does everything they are doing (help people form other countries get their green cards, help with all their transitions, even help not only them but their families to also bring them to the US? Help them with jobs, housing, have a trip support specialist meet them at their new locations to show them places around the city they will be living at, help them get their furniture and buy a car. Not everyone will do anything like that. I am one of the driver coordinators so in my position I am all day with them. They tell me this is their dream come true, they also tell me when they first herd about this company they didn t believe it, they thought it was a scam. I always thank them for coming to America to help us with our health and when I thank them, one of the nurses (Olubajo, Pon lay) from Africa told me this is a win & win situation. You help us with our green card and all the process, and we help you with our career & knowledge. So, I continue thanking all of them and stating it s a win & win situation like Pon Lay said! I love this company for what they do for the nurses & their families. Also, because they are humble people and I get to meet different nurses therapies from all over the world! I love this job because I also get to help them with any question they asked, and if I don t have an answer, I advise them to reach out to their Transition Specialist. I also love hearing their stories. I really enjoy working for this outstanding company and helping our HCP s. thank you for giving me an opportunity to work for this company, I really appreciate everything you do!

Beware! This is a fake agency! After applying, exams and interviews they contacted me after 6 months and told me that I'm not qualified!! They keep emailing you for a long time sending false hopes and holding your life with your dream job application. They put you on waiting list and not inform you if you fail on time. Don't waste your time and money! Beware!
