Chris and the maintenance team are great. We had some minor issues with one of our appliances and a door key and they were quick, helpful and friendly.

The property and area are beautiful! And tons of grass if you re a pet owner. However, I called interested in leasing A 2x2 with them on this past Saturday. The gentleman that answered the phone was incredibly rude, telling me he did not have the time to talk to me after abruptly putting me on hold while I was speaking. I also work in the field and have never experienced Customer Service like that. He was unwilling to send pictures/ videos of the apartment, telling me that he didn t have time to do this today, at 12 in the afternoon. I rented at Notch8

I am dropping a quick note in appreciation for Ryan Katz and John Hassel. We have lived in our apartment here in Avalon Potomac Yard for one year. From the day we met Ryan, John and Angelique till we moved out few days ago, you guys have been a perfect example of community Manager and leasing Officers. Ryan was always there for us any time of the day with the most positive and lovely attitude. We have lived all around the Northern Virginia area with many different landlords. Never have we had one as extraordinary as Ryan's Team. Ryan cared for all the tenants and constantly worked on making our building safer and pleasant.

They recently changed management, old management was great; but when it came time to renewing our lease, new management surpassed my expectations. They really worked with us to try to keep us there. The building is impressive, but as all new buildings they are not very sound proof. The location is ideal, over all- an excellent team. Contact Carolyn if you're interested in learning more; she is so friendly and extremely accommodating.

I have enjoyed living at The Alric. The amenities are amazing, lots of entertaining space!
