Long time customer... I just had an outstanding experience with these guys, they were able to diagnose and repair my cantankerous old Porsche transmission shifting woes... they went above and beyond. Thank you Bruce, Johnny and especially Phil.
My car is still under warranty and Autowerks does all my service (If its a warranty issue, I go to the dealer, since its free). Though I am extremely OCD (I think most 911 owners are), I completely trust these guys. I was there last week for front breaks. First of all, they charge about half the price as the Porsche dealer, using the same factory parts (I think their baseline for Parts is OEM). You make an appointment, show up, they give you a ride to the car rental place. They call you a few times with updates (usually more than what you get from a Porsche dealer in a week when they have your car), Come back in the afternoon and believe it or not your car is ready, washed and detailed.
At the end, you keep half your money. This is the third time and they do an excellent job, more important, they back their work. And if you need something in an emergency, you dive there and they will take care of it on the spot.
Had several work done there. They have always done great work on my e30. Bruce, Johnny, Phil and the rest of the team have treated me well and know what they are doing. Honest prices and great customer service. They really.treat your car like it was one of their own.
The best place for Porsches. They know them inside out. They also sponsor Porsche functions.
If you own a Mercedes, Porsche, or BMW this is where you need to go. Great mechanics that fix your car right the first time are just part of the equation. This is a business that you can trust - their prices are fair, they don't B.S. you, and they provide excellent service. I've been coming here for years and if I can ever get the kids through college, I'll feel comfortable buying an older Porsche since I know that I'll be able to maintain it with the help of AutoWerkes.
Excellent service very professional, honest, on time and most important FAIR Bruce, the owner, is very knowledgeable and really makes a big difference when you need to trust someone who will tell you whats wrong with your car I have an older model MB, and instead of performing the services at the dealer, i started to take it to Bruce He saved me hundreds and hundreds of $$$ HIGHLY recommended!!!
Just call the shop Gentleman name Bruce answered the phone and he was very very professional and took his time to converse with me regarding my issue. Great person period.
