10/10 experience, I custom ordered the car through Hunter Sorell and he took care of me is definitely an understatement. The car wound up coming sooner than I thought and it was exactly what i ordered. Highly recommend this dealership for all your mopar needs.
If I could give zero stars I would. I sold them my vehicle as a trade in for a new car. Two months after I had sold the old car I got tickets stating someone had been driving my old car with MY license plates still on it and they parked in a handicap zone. So I am having to fight the ticket that totals 780 dollars! Don t do business here. They are shady and unprofessional and downright criminal.
Probably one of the easiest vehicle purchase transactions I have ever had. Jason Shayan at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Spring is awesome to work with. Got me a great price, made sure I got available rebates, and had the truck ready to go when I got there as promised. In and out within an hour, and for the exact price he promised. Will definitely buy from him again!
Great service when you purchase, horrible service when you have a problem with your vehicle. I have a ram 2020 with 6k miles on it, and my back up camera went out. Q advise me that i would have to wait 8 to 10 days to get my vehicle diagnosed. She said that they would not provide me with a loaner vehicle and to go to hertz but i would not be reimbursed. Is this how you treat someone who purchased a $50k truck from you? First and last time buying a vehicle from here
Luckily this is the last time I will ever have to bring a vehicle to this dealership. It is the worst of the worst service department that I have ever had to experience. Good riddance to them. I have nothing good to say about it. I've had to deal with them with 2 separate vehicles in recent years (2015 Wrangler Rubicon and 2017 Grand Cherokee Summit). Never had one good experience. I tell friends and family to go anywhere but here.
Anthony was a wonderful salesman to work with! We originally were interested in a truck that was posted online. After asking about it we were informed that someone was there doing paperwork on that truck but he sent us over another option that was even better than the one we were looking at! He made the whole process go smoothly and so simple!
If you need a vehicle visit Mario Quezada at Chrysler/Dodge/Ram Auto Nation in Spring - he is the best! We were open to different truck models and buying options and he just rolled with it, trying to provide the best offers every time we moved the marker. He really listened, followed up in a respectful manner and didn't drive us crazy. He's very personable and honest throughout the process - can't say enough about how easy he is to work with!!

I initially bought my 2016 Jeep Renegade from this dealership, and have brought it back several times over the past 5 years. This latest was a recall from Jeep. Always have a good experience. Easy drop off, professional service techs, and the jeep is ready and waiting when I pick up. Highly recommended.
